Hi Guys
Going to run a fun little 12 week cut before my holiday at the end of May. I'm in the best shape of my life at the moment, have a lot of fullness and feeling very good, but would love to get down to 15% and to get my abs visible.
I will log all my workouts, and general feelings towards how everything's going in here. I find when I log I'm more consistent in the gym.
Workouts are a 2 day split ; Chest & Shoulders, Back & Legs. This means I can go to the gym 4 days a week and hit every muscle twice a week.
Getting cardio in is quite difficult as I have 2 5 month old daughters and don't always have the time, but will try and go to the gym on my rest days to do some bike work, or at least walk the dog twice a day.
I'll give a little rundown below of the supps I'm taking and why.
Daily Supps :
M-Test (6 caps) - Been on this for a year. Great for an overall test boost and well being. Blood work confirms this indeed has raised my testosterone.
Clomaplex (6 caps) - My favourite test booster - Feel like im in my 20's on this stuff, mental boost & libido are significant.
Lean GLP (4 caps) - Excited to try this to drop some BF and stay away from the junk food I end up eating most late nights after I've fed my daughters.
Reduce XT (1 cap) - Cortisol reduction is great for cutting. Will increase this up to 2 caps next week.
Prototest (1 cap) - This is a little experiment at half a dose just to see if we can boost test further.
Anabolic XT (6 caps) - I didn't do well with this on my first run but I have 2 tubs sitting in my supp draw so giving this another go.
Joint Support XT (4 caps) - The GOAT joint supplement, this saves my life on a daily basis.
PWO :
Endoflo XT (2 caps)
Alpha One (1 cap)
Uro-B (2 caps)
Super Swole (4 caps)
Fish Oil/Multi Vits+Greens/Collagen
I'll take some photos tomorrow of my current physique, that way we will have a solid comparison in 12 weeks time.
I will potentially be adding in DHEA + Epiandro in 4 weeks time, will see closer to the time.
