12 week Cutting Log - LeanGLP + More

Hi Guys

Going to run a fun little 12 week cut before my holiday at the end of May. I'm in the best shape of my life at the moment, have a lot of fullness and feeling very good, but would love to get down to 15% and to get my abs visible.

I will log all my workouts, and general feelings towards how everything's going in here. I find when I log I'm more consistent in the gym.

Workouts are a 2 day split ; Chest & Shoulders, Back & Legs. This means I can go to the gym 4 days a week and hit every muscle twice a week.

Getting cardio in is quite difficult as I have 2 5 month old daughters and don't always have the time, but will try and go to the gym on my rest days to do some bike work, or at least walk the dog twice a day.

I'll give a little rundown below of the supps I'm taking and why.

Daily Supps :

M-Test (6 caps) - Been on this for a year. Great for an overall test boost and well being. Blood work confirms this indeed has raised my testosterone.
Clomaplex (6 caps) - My favourite test booster - Feel like im in my 20's on this stuff, mental boost & libido are significant.
Lean GLP (4 caps) - Excited to try this to drop some BF and stay away from the junk food I end up eating most late nights after I've fed my daughters.
Reduce XT (1 cap) - Cortisol reduction is great for cutting. Will increase this up to 2 caps next week.
Prototest (1 cap) - This is a little experiment at half a dose just to see if we can boost test further.
Anabolic XT (6 caps) - I didn't do well with this on my first run but I have 2 tubs sitting in my supp draw so giving this another go.
Joint Support XT (4 caps) - The GOAT joint supplement, this saves my life on a daily basis.

PWO :

Endoflo XT (2 caps)
Alpha One (1 cap)
Uro-B (2 caps)
Super Swole (4 caps)

Fish Oil/Multi Vits+Greens/Collagen

I'll take some photos tomorrow of my current physique, that way we will have a solid comparison in 12 weeks time.

I will potentially be adding in DHEA + Epiandro in 4 weeks time, will see closer to the time.

Great session, I thought after discontinuing a large dose of DHEA my strength would plummet, but still hitting some solid PB's. Energy is great.

Only thing I have a problem with is there is too much volume in this session. 11 exercises and 70mins in the gym is too much. The problem is, because its 2 muscle groups in 1 day, I have no idea what to cut. Any suggestions? I don't want to go back to a bro split, I've gained so much muscle mass since moving to a 2 day split.

Take the exercises that hit the same body part (i.e. tri ext/pushdown, incline/fly/dips, delt fly's/face pulls) and alternate sessions. would drop it down to 8 exercises < 60 min. Just a thought

Thats a great suggestion. I definitely always want to be doing my incline bench & fly's as I get a huge stretch on those, but the rest is spot on. I think I can do:

Session 1 :

Face Pulls
Incline Bench
Close Grip Bench
Lateral Raise
Machine Fly
Shrugs
Overhead extension
Cable Pushdown

Session 2 :

Rear Delt Fly
Incline Bench
Close Grip Bench
Lateral Raise
Machine Fly
Shrugs
Dips
Cable Pushdown

Rest day today as I have to get the girls passports sorted & have a dentist appointment.

initial thoughts on this stack so far. Great energy & pitching a tent the entire night 😂. Too early of course to be able to comment on muscle gain / fat loss
 
You can always just superset antagonistic movements to cut down on some rest. The unfortunate consequence of eventually driving volume up is just the time it takes to complete does get longer.
The bottom half of the work out is all supersets already unfortunately, still took 70 mins :(

Still hitting some PB's despite dropping my calories, still feels like quite a lot of volume but again, I guess that comes with the territory of grouping muscles together on the same day.

Current weight is 187lbs, will get some front/back photos taken tomorrow hopefully. Hard to ask partner to stop what shes doing with the twins and take some photos of me when its chaos 24/7 in our house at the moment :D.

Feels good knowing I've gone from 160lbs to 187lbs in just over a year, and actually being leaner now at 187lbs. Hoping to cut down to 180 for this holiday to get some visible abs, maintain 180 for summer and then potentially push to 195 come autumn/spring. No aspirations to go heavier than that.

I was actually 160lbs again in October due to the birth of our kids and being stuck in the hospital for weeks with poor nutrition, no sleep & no training, but its good to see the way came back very quickly
 
I am taking lean glp in the morning before breakfast 4 caps and 2C3G XT before lunch and .500 mg of performing at night .
I will check my glucose tomorrow morning and see .
Will do a recheck the next week and see what it does!!
