12 Week Creatine Cycle

It's not neseccary to cycle creatine !

But an "NO" product such as White BLOOD or NO Limits would be a nice substitute.
 
Whats the down side of not cycling?

Technically: none. Most people cycle to give their bodies a rest. But cycling will not yield new gains; once your muscles are full of creatine they stay that way. Therefor, your body doesn't get 'used to' the creatine your supplementing. Logically your gains from creatine should never change or taper down.
 
Thanx Does it seem logical that switching the compounds would confuse the cells to use or produce or is a molecule just a molecule?

Cycling creatine is done to prevent the body from becoming 'stagnant' with gains but like I said it's just a trick of mind cuz the endurance, strength and size you lose when you 'cycle off' will only be temporary

I try different types and brands of creatine but I don't really Cycle it. Make sure you drink plenty of water.
