Had insane pump today! Had a few people looking as wellodd thug is I had low back pumps.... Weird. Going to start Dosing taurine Diet is dialing in. Today was low carb day and I felt fine wth energy. 90g of carbs. And tomorrow is medium carb day. Going to hit some shoulders tomorrow. Going to be good! Replaced 200 of my calories with mct oil today so I'm at 2500 kCals for the day.
Ive started carb cycleing this week also. What are your macros for your low, mod, and high days?
Low=50-90g carbs Medium= 130-150g carbs High=220g+ carbs Protein is static at 200-220g I fill in the rest of my calories with fat where needed.
Your carbs are pretty close to mine, but i up my protein. Mine looks like this Low- 303g pro 69g CHO 134g fats Mod- 274 pro 147 cho 109 fats High- 255 pro 220 cho 80 fat
Looks similar. Actually I love my low carb days because when I wake up the next day and eat anything I get a huge pump. That cycling looks good though, natty. Still waiting on that 11-oxo as well-___-
Yea i dont mind my low carb days. Had one yesterday; woke up this morning looking leaner than normal.

Hell ya man, cut is starting off hot with 7lbs down in 4 weeks. Just ordered a couple bottle of Ostabol too. Not sure if I want to do a low dose cycle to preserve some muscle/add some on this cut. Loving Mountain Dog at the moment. Nice little break from 531. Are you doing 5/3/1 BBB with some added accessory work or did you write your own program?

I'd run osta at 20 if you're not in pct. Don't think low dose does much outside of that scenario.
I've been using the 5x10'bbb work for fun lol but it's my own version of push pull legs. The volume is killer. Taking a break from strength but still going heavy on my Main lifts.

For sure on the cycle! I plan to gain 3-6 lean pounds on this while cutting Up. Should be fun, I'd low dose it if you want to preserve all your shizzzz!

Alright rested yesterday and hit chest today.
I pressed 215x4 on bench. Didn't realize how much stronger I got, I usually don't go heavy on bench but hell I liked it! It was a huge pump. The pumps just get better and better as the days go on.
I do get slight calf pumps for some reason. But no big deal.
Low carb day today. Max carbs =90g and then back to medium carbs tomorrow. What I am doing is eat at a medium carb state 130-170g during the week. Carb up on Friday or Saturday then go low carb after my carb up day. It's been working well for me. Also on low carb days I've been replacing those lost calories with fat (obviously) and mct oil.
On another note, in horny as hell... Stano must be doing it's magic and 11-oxo to soon follow.
Welcome. Alrght so I need some help here , diet wise. I'm eating clean as usual and everything is counted. Carbs are morning and peri workout and no carbs out of that spectrum. However I'm eating at 2400 calories. I do feel like I'm leaning out slower for some reason but I have also noticed I am not really dropping scale pounds. In fact it looks like I am getting bigger :O. This happened on lean cut, but on lean cut in ended up losing 15 lbs on the scale. I know I shouldn't really care about the scale but should I try reducing my calories to 2200kcal or would that be to little? My tdee is measured between 2700-2900 currentlySweet another thread I can follow![]()
What's your BMR? Set your calories at that level for a cut.
1900-2050 kCals using 4 different calculators. So I should be eating that low of calories? That seems quite low, I've always followed tdee at deficit. So what should I do oh great mystere
Do not eat your bmr calories, unless you lay in bed 24/7 literally!
I know that lol. Bmr is based on activity , age and lean body mass. Check this out.
All i do is find my bmr and multiply it by 1.6. Works for me!
If I'm doing it that way, then I may be eating to little? I could be crushing my metabolism. 2000x1.6= 3200. So calculating a deficit from that I should be eating 2700 calories lol. Interesting. I'm so curious, I've crushed my metabolism way back when, but I didn't think at 2400 calories I could be doing that. The 1.6 obviously coming from your activity, since I lift 4-6 days a week, that makes sense to me. What do you think natty or anyone?
Yea your eating way to little! Multiply your bmr by 1.55-1.6; then subtract 500 from that number! That is a good estimate on how many calories you need to eat a day to lose 1lb a week!
Interesting. I shall up my calories to 2700. I keep forgetting I'm not as small as I used to be. I'll give it a go!
Good call man. I'm down 7-8 lbs in 4 1/2 weeks with calories at 2800 most days. Got a lot more muscle than last time cutting

It's going great. Plenty of carbs at night so I have fuel for the next day. I can see changes every day or 2 which is awesome. Plus I get to crush stuff like bacon and eggs in the morning and a couple bowls of Captain Crunch or Cinnamon Toast Crunch at night.
