Not sure how your not on the list. Must have copied the wrong one. Lol. And you dont have no actual photo's you could take a pic of and then post it. Lol

I guess I know why. If you copied that list from one of my posts, it may exclude myself.
I really don't have photos, not even as a child. Has to do with my past and the paranoia it caused ( was political prisoner in GDR, later defected from army and lots of contact with certain agencies), also the reason I still don't use social networks.

2008 vs. 2018 Age 31 vs 41 and damn have I had to deal with a load of injuries the past 3 years!!!!!

About 55-60 lbs lighter.

I can be leaner and more ripped if I choose but this is my strict but easy going comfort zone now.

Thanks man! I looked back at your pics, you have made a drastic transformation as well. Now that I'm lean I'm not going to let myself slip back to where I was. From here on out I'll just keep my diet the same and tweak it slightly for when I wanna gain or cut.
