10 Week Log

Did arms yesterday, had a crazy pump. Forearms cramped all night. Not going to go into every detail of the workout because it was pretty long and I don't remember most of it lol. Going to try to push through a back workout today, I will see how the biceps and forearms cope with the pain. Been pretty tired the last few days, but I think its just because my schedule is messed up right now. I have also been going to the gym after work, and when I was going before work it was jump starting my day, and I wasn't tired.

Day 40 Weight: 204.0lb

So dropped another 1.2lbs from yesterday lol... So that is a total of 4.4lbs since Monday.Going to up the food intake a good bit today. Feeling great, I cant wait for the after pics at week 10. I am very interested to see how im changing/if im changing. I think after eating a lot of the same things over the past 6 weeks I am really understand how my body responds to what I consume, which is nice as well. Even had some doughnuts yesterday, and I am still dropping weight. Anyways I hope to update either later tonight after my workout, or tomorrow. Finally Friday and I couldn't be happier haha.
 
So to update from the weekend. Friday I did legs after work, solid workout nothing really to note. Saturday was shoulders, and tris. Sunday was Back/bi. This morning I lifted chest. Been noticing a little bit of shortness of breathe the last few days. As well as a decent bit of lethargy the last 5 days or so. Today is my last day of epistane, I think my body is just a little beat up from running it for 6 weeks. So when doing cardio my heart rate usually peaks at 155-165, today I couldn't get it over 135-140 even though I extended cardio, and upped the speed. The cardio felt easy, it was just a little abnormal lol. Not really worried about it.

So the chest workout went well, not going to type the whole thing out. got 225 10x Flat Bench without a spot, which I was pretty happy about. im going to try for 245 6-8x in a week, and see how it goes. Pretty sore and beat up, have arms tomorrow so should be a nice rest lol. Arm day is more of a fun day for me, don't get my wrong I work my ass off, but its nothing compared to the other days.

Didn't get the weight this morning, but I will get it tomorrow. Will probably be up a few pounds, my guess would be around 206lbs. Will update again tomorrow!

Didn't get the weight again today, have been lazy lol. I will get it tomorrow though. So I mentioned Friday that I was experiencing a little bit of lethargy at work, and I think it was just because I wasn't working out in the morning. Working out in the morning really gets my day going, and I feel pretty energized for the rest of the day. All in all feel great!
 
Havent updated in a couple days, sorry for that. Had a nice long weekend, and put on some unwanted lbs, so taking the next couple days to slim back down. I feel like I say the same thing just about every weekend lol. That's the problem with doing a cycle during the summer, my summers are usually packed full of beach time, and drinking some beers. Had a solid leg workout yesterday, I think that I over did it with the caffeine. Crashed pretty hard after my workout, and wasn't feeling to well.

Today after work I will be doing either chest or back, not sure yet. I do know that I want to see how many times I can bang out 275 on flat bench. My goal is 4, but that is really asking for a lot. We will see though! Will be back to update again tomorrow.

Also I am a little afraid of the scale right now lol, I will be weighing myself for sure by the end of the week!
 
Dialing it back in this week as I mentioned. Carbs are lower then usual, so I wasn't expecting quite as crazy of a pump that I got yesterday during back/bi. I was a little worried about losing some vascularity after finishing the epistane, but all the veins were pooping full bore. Even starting to see some new ones which is great. Always been a vein guy, just never had them haha.

I was pretty happy with the weight, I actually expected it to be more because of bad eating decisions lol. But I have felt stronger so hope its muscle gain haha.

Made the decision yesterday to bump my dosage to 600mg/wk starting next week. Hoping for some good things, really excited to be honest haha.
 
Hoping to get some progress pics on here by next Friday since it'll be my last day in my apartment. Want to have the same background and lighting so I can really see the differences or lack there of haha. Either way pretty excited for it!

Weight will probably be back up on Monday. I feel like my current routine is starting the week around 210-212lb then really sticking to my diet and dropping to 205-207lb by Friday.... Lol summer is tough to stick to the diet during the weekends, something planned every weekend. The end of this month I will try to bunker down on the diet, but as for now I'm just doing what I can!
 
Well did back and bis today. Had a great workout, and an amazing pump. As I had previously mentioned I was worried about losing some vascularity when getting off epistane, but I am starting to see more veins more and more every week! I am really watching my diet this week, because I want to take the update pictures Friday. So I will have them posted on the forum no later then Monday. I am not going to write out my whole workout, because it was pretty long, and more reps then I can remember. My arms were screaming at the end, and my forearms have been cramping like crazy all day.

Quick note for any side. I have been feeling great, with no sides besides some pip here and there haha. All in all the cycle is going great, and very smoothly.

Not sure if I mentioned this, but I have bumped my dose to 600mg/wk.

I read some places that it does because it increases red blood count, but I am not sure. Obviously I understand that BF % and genetics play the biggest role, but was just a question in my head.

Didn't get the weight the morning. The reason why is because when I first got my weight when I started the cycle it was from the gym after my first meal. So I am planning on eating before the gym tomorrow morning then weighing myself at the gym so I can get an accurate measure of how much weight I really gained. Hoping to get picture tonight, hopefully I can flex my arms. Theyre pretty beat haha.
 
So I moved out of my apartment this weekend, and was really busy so I was not able to get the progress pictures. Will be staying with a friend for 2 weeks as I finish up work, so exploring some gyms near by. The gym I went to yesterday was pretty full, and tough to get around. Everything is so tight in there, but I have a week free pass so I will be going there until Monday. Will try to get some pictures up before the week is over. Got to try the new Plasma Jet yesterday during back day. Pretty cool profile, and felt a lot fuller throughout my workout. Excited for the workouts to come!

Had a very fast shoulder workout this morning because I was rushing to work. Hit shoulders for about 45mins, which to be honest is all I need for shoulders. They end up getting extremely pumped and painful lol. Did legs yesterday after work, not to much to mention. Legs days have just been going through the motions since my back is still nagging me, cant wait til I am recovered and can have some crazy workouts again. Besides that I have felt phenomenal this week. I think the 600mg/wk is kicking in!

Hi JP how long are you going to wait for the test to clear your system before PCT? Are you going to use a bridge to ride it out till PCT starts?

Hey man, PCT(clomid) will start 2 weeks after my last dose of test. Hoping to run and epicurus product as well that I would start the day after my last dose of test and run through pct, so I guess a natty bridge if you will. But no hormonal product during those 2 weeks before pct.

Or offend you try waiting 3x the half life of the Testosterone Enanthate before you start your PCT or you run the risk of there still being to musch exogenous Testosterone stil causing negative feedback on you HPTA thus rendering your PCT ineffective or less effective than it could be

You're not coming off as an ass and im not offended so don't worry lol. I am using Test Cyp, but regardless I understand your point. I will take it into consideration when the PCT phase of my cycle begins!

Back/bi Yesterday. Was flying through the workout, was at a new gym, so there was so much new equipment that I wanted to try, and don't know the name of so I am not going to post my workout today. Had a good time for sure though, I love when I get to use new equipment haha. Great pump throughout the workout. Have been feeling really solid lately. Get to workout with a buddy for the first time all summer today after work, and it is chest day so I am pumped for that. Going to try for 225 for 12, and maybe 275 for 3.

Lmao, you're spot on. I'll get spotters I don't know at the gym sometimes, and it is a complete hit or miss. Some people know what they're doing, and others just ruin my set and piss me off lol. So yea definitely looking forward to it!

Did shoulders today. Had a quick workout with lots of cardio, sweated my ass off. Not going to post the workout because it was kind of all over the place. Cardio was 15 min incline treadmill before the lift and 10 minute stairmaster after the lift.

Was 210.5lb yesterday, and 204.5lbs today lol. The weight fluctuation is crazy. I ate really bad the other day though so I figured I was just holding some unwanted weight. Feeling great!
 
Sorry guys still lifting and on cycle, have been moving this week so I have been really busy. Haven't had the chance to update. I will try to have a more informational post later on!
