I wouldnt take anything he says seriously bro. You've got good results from that cycle. Also I DEFINATELY wouldnt even think about cutting for a month or two after pct. You want to keep all these gains, not throw them away. Keep doin what you're doing and the gains will keep comin. I've read a little more on using both 6oxo and nolva and seems like something worth trying.

My last day of my stack is saturday. then PCT comes. Have you dropped your sets and increased reps? Its my game plan for PCT as well as bumping up my cals.

Actually its a SERM. If you want to describe its mechanism of action understand what it is first.

Nolva is used to prevent, and to treat gyno. It is also used during PCT to help "restart" the HTPA (Im sure you know what that is). I bet you also knew that nolva has a positive effect on blood lipid profiles, which is benificial post cycle. You sure you want to play? You obviously dont know ****, and to make up for your insecurities based around your lack of knowledge you come and talk **** to some guy who had the balls to post his pics. Whether or not you can bench more then this guy, he obviously has alot more knowledge then you do, and given the time to continue working out he will surpass your cocky ass in no time.

The question is do YOU know what Dbol does? Please explain the mechanisms with which dbol aids in muscle growth. Please, Im all ears. You wouldnt want to confuse who with such things as explaining nolva's mechanism of action, yourself? Like Bobo said, it is a SERM, not and Anti estrogen, which to my knowledge, is an incorrect term. You do know what a SERM is right?

Yea its going pretty well, and I feel alot better than I was on cycle...The puffyness and water bloat is comming down at least, waist size went down immediatly, i think the 4ad ratio was too much over the 1T 1:2..each had 3grms 1T and 6grm 4AD... Next time I will make the 1T the higher ratio , and the 4ad alot lower...Or maybe just take out the 4ad alltogether and add fina and make it a much more dry cycle...But summer isnt here yet, so im not cutting yet for another few months...just gonna maintain...Its weird cause ever since I started PCT my vascularity has increased....
 
Yea, I noticed the same thing about my last 4adcyp cycle. When I came off I got vascular as hell, its kind of like unwrapping a present. heh

Renton: dont listen to crazybeef's **** you look fine just need to trim a bit after you make a full recovery.

I have noticed some sick vascularity in my legs after finishing my 1T 4-ad I wonder why that is you think that it is from high BP?

Thanks...Yea I dont know the exact reason why. But maybe it has something to do with the water retention and bloat, espesially more with 'wet' PH/AAS like 4ad, m14add or dbol....I havent cut calories down much like people advised, and Im just maintaining, Im happy my strength hasnt gone down at all. When late spring/summer comes Ill start a cutting cycle...I pretty much do all the bulking in winter without worrying too much about fat, cause I have a fast metabolism and can cut down when I want ....I actually may have gone a little overboard with the calories during the cycle maybe, cause with around 4-5 meals a day I was having 2-3 600 calorie shakes each day(and thats excluding the milk added)...either that or my metabolism is getting slower as i get into my later 20s..

dude thats nothing!! when i was on my Finigenx, m14add, 1-test cycle i was taking 3 1000 calories homemade weight gainer shakes and eating and addition 3500 from whole foods. I only did it for 2 weeks though, just to shock my body and that did the trick, ended up gaining 26 pounds, going from 191 to 217.

How much fat did you gain?
 
Diplomats, thumbs up on your gains....I dont know if Id be able to eat that much without gaining too much fat....I think maybe Ill keep my gains more steady instead of trying to gain as much weight as I can each week...Although my vascularity is aloit better off cycle, so maybe its mostly a layer of water...I havent lost any weight though since the cycle...maybe 1 pound...but Im still 200-201 and the highest I was on cycle was around 202.5 i think...I dont know if this is as far as reaching my genetic limit, or if it just means my body does well at keeping gains off a cycle...strength is still going up... did 290 on the smith this time, hopefully I will break the 300 mark soon....
 
201.5 today...wow, havent lost barely anything since the cycle...finally got to 290 on the smith for bench press, hopefully I will break the 300 mark this month....however I dont know if this is my 'true' bench press, cause of the added balance and safety support with the smith...when im using dumbells i have to take the weight down considerably, dumbells for some reason really kill my joints and cause pain...im not too good with balancing weights so i usually stick with barbells, ez-curl and the smith...

Im surprised my lifting power hasnt gone down since the cycle...
