1-Test transdermal

hey guys, quick question
I used Avant Labs ONE last year and got great results, Since its discontinued now, I was think of making my own. If I get two bottels of T-gel from custom and 20 gms of 1-test powder , ( mix 10 gm in each). Will this be enough for an 8 week cycle?. I just wanna do 1-T straight,, no 4-AD

How much should I use each day? (With ONE, it was easier, 6 pumps, twice daily :thumbsup: ). If anyone can tell me how much 1-Test will i get in each pump in a bottel of customs' T-get+ 10 gms of 1-test powder..

Why no 4AD? Your going to be pretty lethargic with just the 1-Test.
 
118.29 ml in 4 oz so that is 84.54mg per ml

Each pump of t-gel is 2ml so that is 169g per pump

if you do 1 pump in the morning and one at night that is 338mg a day. Will last 59 days, a little over 8 weeks.

Get an oral syringe and some gloves to make measurement and application easier.

so 2 pumps a day= 338 mg a day.. is the 338 mg of 1-test a day? (Im gonna mix one bottel of t-gel with 10 gms of 1-test)

and whats the max recommended dose of 1-test ?

yes, 338mg of 1-test, although you might want to check the math since I rushed w/ the calc.

people do 200-400mg transdermal daily, 338 is more than enough. You should add some 4-ad or you will feel like ****.

I did 4-Ad wih my first 6 week cycle and it made me bloated as hell so I dropped it the last 4 weeks
Just one more thing
This time I want to do M1t and 1-T

my question is should I use the M1t first few weeks then 1-T transdermal or the other way around
?

Run the transdermal all 6 weeks, and run the M1T the first 2 weeks to kickstart the cycle. You may feel fine on 1-test alone. Not everyone gets lethargy or flu symptoms from 1-test, myself included.

The math above looks pretty accurate. I do it this way, it's easier for me....

There are 60 pumps in a bottle of t-gel. So 10g/60 pumps = 167mg per pump.
So, 1 pump, 2x day = 334mg a day. 30 days worth per bottle.

Are you saying the 4ad is strictly for dealing with possible lethargy and related symptoms? I guess I thought there were other reasons for taking it with a 1-test transdermal (and why it's in s1+)?
 
No 4-ad is not for sides only, it has it's own intrinsic qualities that make it a nice mass builder. By the way there is no "max dosage" for 1-test it is based on how each individual reacts to it, and also I always look for the lowest possible amount for the best gains or for what I want to attain from the cycle.

No that is not what I'm saying. In his case he didn't want to use 4-AD because he didn't want the bloat. Generally if people aren't doing a true bulking cycle they will only use enough 4-AD to keep the sides of 1-test down. 4-AD is a great bulking compound and IMO it isn't used enough since it's focus has changed with all of the methyls as just being a compound to keep the side effects lower.
 
I still recommend 4-AD, cutting or not cutting. Remember to keep your diet and training in check and you will not always bloat like a balloon, damnit!

I have done several 1-test only cycles (oral, oral methyl, and dermal) and don't mind them, but I still like test or 4-AD with it.
