Decisions, decisions!!
Either way, you can't go wrong. It's all about what you want to get out of it and the experiences you want to gain. Running them each separately will give you perspective into what each will do for your body. If it's your first time on them, or if you just want to run something longer to stretch out "the buck", then running each solo would be the way to go.
If you are impatient and just want to see gains, then run them together. There's nothing wrong with that either. It'd be having a really good month versus having a pretty darn good 2 months.
And dosing protocol listed above by Iciaccio is excellent, by the way. You can use that for stacking them together, or remove one component if running each independently. :cheers:
