Day #43
Good day in the gym today. All my lifts were solid and the focus was there. This high volume training is giving me and insane pump and making me sweat like a beast I love it. Noticed my muscles feel pumped even out of the gym now pretty much all of the time. Even had a buddy comment, "Did you just finish working out? You've got a pretty sweet pump going." That was about 5 hours post work out. Weighed myself this morning at 187lbs so still the same as when I started. I feel confident what I am doing diet wise is working though because all of my lifts continue to go up. This past week it has been hard to tell about strength increases though due to the high reps and pyramid style lifting. I do use an app to log all of my workouts and it calculates your 1 rep max based off of the weight and how many reps you did so I am trusting that for the next couple weeks. Also, vascularity continues to increase. When I flex I can see veins all down my arms and into my chest which is awesome. And they are all slowly starting to pop out in my forearms and I just noticed a little bit in my bicep. Pretty stoked about this.

Report on sides: No new additional side effects. Libido is still down but has improved with the addition of epiandro. Mild back pumps on occasion but not too bad. Taurine gets rid of it @5mg preworkout get rid of it. Haven't had any issues with it throughout the day. The mild lethargy I had from the ghar1ne (MK-677) is now gone even at 20mg ED. Only lasted about 2-3 weeks and was not debilitating even then.
12 days remaining till PCT. Going to finish out strong!
