Day #37

Where to even start about my workout today....Chest/Bi's today. So I get to the gym and it is ****ing PACKED and it is a tiny little gym with only like one of each type of machine/bench and a cramped DB area. It has everything you need and plenty of weight but wow...with that many people in there it was just stupid. So my routine today had a lot of super sets in it, so right off the bat there's no way I am going to be able to do my routine as planned. I end up doing a modified version of the routine but don't bother even logging it...I was really irritated by the crowd and on top of that my daily routine was already thrown off course because the gym doesn't open till 12pm on Sundays and I am a morning workout kind of guy. All in all I end up getting a good pump in and hit both chest and biceps pretty good just not how I wanted to. And I didn't really get to stick to the required rep ranges that my program requires. So I am chalking today up as a loss...but at least I got a pretty solid workout in. So basically, no log today.

Here's a little story about the gym today... this should tell you the kind of people that were in the gym and why I seriously just wanted to start throwing **** I was so irritated... This guy comes up to me right when I'm about to hit a set and asks for a spot on the decline bench...I'm a nice guy so I'm like alright lets do it. He has 205lbs on the bar and he is a really skinny tiny little dude. I ask him if he needs a lift off and he says, "I dont know...never done this much weight before..." I'm like ok sweet lets do it. He gets it half way up off the rack so I help him get it up in to position. He then gets crunched by the weight.... I mean it is just sitting on his chest and its not going anywhere... So I basically upright row this **** off of him and when I think hes going to rack it...he goes down for another rep and gets crunched even worse than the last time. So I lift it off him again (I had pretty much all of the weight both reps). And I force him to rack it this time. He stands up like hes some kind of badass and just did some serious weight and says thanks bro! I just stare at him like wtf...and walk away. Never seen that before! I did mention to him before I walked away that he needs to seriously drop the weight lol...

But ya, hate to say it but today pretty much sucked. At least I got something in tho! Hopefully not as bad tomorrow!

Hit shoulders today. Only routine I won't be doing the DTP style lifting. Always found that really high reps for shoulders put way too much strain on my rotator cuffs so I try to avoid. Got a good work out in this morning for sure!

Only 16 days left in cycle. Still feeling strong but feels like maybe strength is beginning to plateau. Probably going to increase calorie intake again to try and maximize the results but keep it as clean as I can to minimize any increase in fat. I've definitely leaned up a lot since I started this. I can really tell in the mirror but it's really irritating I can't seem to capture it on a damn camera. Maybe it will be more noticeable when I make the side by sides at the end of the cycle. Libido is still continuing to increase again. Giving credit to the epiandro for this. I decided to take 20mg of ghar1ne for the first time last night. Slept good, woke up refreshed, and as of now no lethargy. I had a good amount of lethargy the first 2 weeks on ghar1ne and then it went away. Maybe taking 10mg ED for a month before upping to 20mg ED has allowed my body to adjust and I won't get anymore lethargy at 20mg. We shall see though as the day goes on! I also have some increased acne on my back now. Nothing major and they are all really small so hard to see but I can feel them with my hand and if I look really close in the mirror I can see it. So far this has been an extremely mild cycle with hardly any sides (no gyno issues whatsoever) which is how I planned it. I will definitely be trying something a little more interesting for my second cycle. I am really seeing most of my results in some drastic size increase in my shoulders and arms. Chest size has also increased. Vascularity is increasing too. I can see my veins almost everywhere and they are starting to pop out in my forearms as well. Once again though, of course the camera doesn't capture it :/

Hopefully somebody is finding or will one day find this log useful. People are either not reading it or log creeping lol. Either way, trying my best to put some good info in here for anyone wanting to run this in the future!

20mg ED of ghar1ne now. Didn't experience any lethargy yesterday. Sleeping pretty good. Will keep an eye on water retention.
 
Yesterday and today were rest days. Back home from work travel as well so looking forward to being back in my own gym. Just waiting to see what this damn hurricane is going to do!

Been 4 days on 20mg of ghar1ne ed now. No increased lethargy or water retention so far. Last night though I did have some crazy dreams and ended up jumping out if bed swearing there were bugs all over the wall lol.

Got my Super Cardarine by Primeval Labs in the mail today! Can't wait to run this with my PCT and will be starting my log for it in 13 days. Big thanks to PRIMEVALVP for giving me the opportunity to log this great product!

Day #43

Good day in the gym today. All my lifts were solid and the focus was there. This high volume training is giving me and insane pump and making me sweat like a beast I love it. Noticed my muscles feel pumped even out of the gym now pretty much all of the time. Even had a buddy comment, "Did you just finish working out? You've got a pretty sweet pump going." That was about 5 hours post work out. Weighed myself this morning at 187lbs so still the same as when I started. I feel confident what I am doing diet wise is working though because all of my lifts continue to go up. This past week it has been hard to tell about strength increases though due to the high reps and pyramid style lifting. I do use an app to log all of my workouts and it calculates your 1 rep max based off of the weight and how many reps you did so I am trusting that for the next couple weeks. Also, vascularity continues to increase. When I flex I can see veins all down my arms and into my chest which is awesome. And they are all slowly starting to pop out in my forearms and I just noticed a little bit in my bicep. Pretty stoked about this.

Report on sides: No new additional side effects. Libido is still down but has improved with the addition of epiandro. Mild back pumps on occasion but not too bad. Taurine gets rid of it @5mg preworkout get rid of it. Haven't had any issues with it throughout the day. The mild lethargy I had from the ghar1ne (MK-677) is now gone even at 20mg ED. Only lasted about 2-3 weeks and was not debilitating even then.

12 days remaining till PCT. Going to finish out strong!

Had one of the best leg sessions I have had in a longgggg time today. VOLUME VOLUME VOLUME. Really tempted to start my cardarine run because the these workouts require a ton of endurance with the very short rest periods in between and I think it would really push me into a whole new realm of performance. Anyone have any thoughts on this or should I wait till PCT to start cardarine?

Day #46

Strength is still going up. Yesterday was chest day and I decided to take a break from the high volume training and see if my bench max has gone up since I started this... and it has! I set a new all time PR for myself of 295lbs on the flat bench. My max bench was 275lbs when I started so ya, 20lb increase is not bad at all! I tried 305 right after that and I just barely didn't get it. I feel if I did my warm up sets and then went straight to 305 I would be able to get it up. Might give it a shot next week or just keep on with my volume training. Nothing else out of the ordinary with my chest routine. Today was bi's and tri's. Was feeling very tired and unmotivated in the gym this morning for some reason. I don't know if maybe I just didn't get any decent sleep last night or what but I was having trouble staying awake for most of the day...still super tired and could easily go to sleep right now. Hopefully not feeling like this tomorrow! Regardless of being tired I still got a good work out in, just could have been a lot better...
 
Little bit of a burning sensation in my left nipple. Took 12.5mg aromasin and will see how it is in the morning.

Will take it eod till it's gone unless someone else with more experience can recommend a course of action. No lumps or anything. I would rather not lower the dosage of the andros unless I absolutely have to.

Burning sensation in my nipple was gone this morning when I woke up. Does aromasin give anyone else issues sleeping? I took it a little too close to bed I think. Might have given me a bit of anxiety because I didn't know what to expect from it and also I bought it from a very reputable site but you never know :) Will probably take another 12.5mg tomorrow and if all is good finish out the last 6 days of my cycle without it.

5 days left of this 8 week run. Hit chest today and felt pretty good. Joints felt a pretty dry but once I got warmed up they were fine. I think I also need to start doing something for tendon strength. Getting some pain in my elbows that is irritating. Only really notice it on certain heavy tricep exercises.

Also ignore my irritating bird legs... I'm working on it... I've been doing light weight high reps for my calves but it's not giving me the results I want so I'm going to switch it up to higher weight with reps of around 10. My quads and hams are gaining good size although it is hard to tell with those shorts on. My calves are so irritating!
 
Legs were frustrating today. While they have gotten some size to them they apparently don't respond to high volume as much as my upper body does. Went heavy today and only hit 275 for 3 sets of 5. Didn't have a belt or a spotter so I didn't want to try 315. Also hit the leg press for 3 sets of 630x5. Frustrating. Feel like I haven't gained any strength in my legs. So I'm going to change up my leg program for sure. Guess this is what I get for being the guy that rarely trained legs for all these years! Lol. Just makes me more focused and I will apply all this frustration in a positive way in to my lifts!

Take a look at jonnie canditos 6 week strength training program, one of the best programs i'd ever used for my squat/deadlift/leg strength. First i used and i always go back to it to peak for powerlifting meets.

While I have listed that I did not make any gains on my squat during this cycle I believe I made some very good progress on it. It was brought to my attention by a friend about half way through the cycle that I was not performing a full squat and was going down maybe only half the way. I spent the rest of the cycle working on form and doing them properly. Last week I was able to perform a full squat for 315lbs which I am very happy with. I am very pleased with the results for my bench press. My prior max of 275lbs was a plateau I was stuck at for almost a year and I was able to push past that.

My goal on this cycle was to drop fat and build lean muscle/increase strength and I think that I achieved this. My weight has barely changed at all over the past 8 weeks and that extra pound was only added in the past few days due to crappy diet. I am more defined than I was when I started my shirts are fitting a lot more snug than they used to. Vascularity has increased drastically which is huge for me because I have never been vascular even when I was 10% body fat.

Sides Effects Experienced:
Overall I had very little side effects during this cycle. The biggest side effect was the shut down. This cycle shut me down good and libido was almost non-existent around week 2-3. I also experienced a bit of lethargy and water retention from the MK-677. Lethargy at 10mg ED only lasted for about 9-10 days and did not return when I increased the dose to 20mg ED although water retention increased slightly. I also believe I experienced some slight gyno in the form of a mild burning sensation in my left nipple during week 7. In response to this I took 12.5mg of aromasin and the next day it was gone.

On occasion I experienced some slight increased aggression and mild back pumps but nothing serious. 5g of taurine was enough to fix the back pumps.

Overall Experience:
This was a great first cycle and introduction to this world of fitness. It was an extremely mild. I never felt like I was "on" or anything as I have seen it described and I felt pretty much the same as normal during the entire run. Perhaps a little bit more focused in the gym and a lot more endurance than usual. Recovery was a lot faster. I started to notice increases in strength around the middle of week 3 and into week 4. Everyone is different though and others have reported feeling it kick in around week 2. Depending on individual response I believe these products should be ran for at least 6-8 weeks. I ended up adding in Androvar (EpiAndro) during week 4 because I was not seeing big results like I wanted and I just wanted to add something new to the mix. Glad I did, once it kicked in my focus and aggression in the gym jumped up and that is when I really started seeing some increased results. I believe it did also aid in bringing a little bit of my libido back. Overall, very good experience and I would recommend this as a first time cycle to anyone who wants to get in to this.

Product Review:
So I started this cycle off using 1-Andro and 4-Andro by Iron Mag Labs. When I bought those products I did not realize they were dosed at only 50mg per cap and I would have to take 6 a day to get the 300mg I wanted. This left me with each bottle only lasting 10 days. Because of this I would not recommend these unless the dosing gets increased. As for the effectiveness of the IML product I cannot say. The effects of these compounds had not kicked in yet.

After those I switched to Super Mandro (1-Andro), Andro the Giant (4-Andro), and adding in Androvar (EpiAndro) by Hard Rock Supplements. The 1-Andro and 4-Andro are dosed at 110mg each cap and the Androvar is dosed at 100mg each cap which is perfect! I ended up using two bottles each of the Super Mandro and Andro the Giant and 1 bottle of Androvar (with some left over). All of these products work as advertised. Just remember, these are very mild compounds. I honestly was expecting a little more out of them and definitely expected to really feel like I was on something. That aside I would recommend these to anyone. If I could make a suggestion to HRS about these products it would be to make the capsule colors different for each product. There was one occasion where I was organizing my doses in my pill box and accidentally dropped a couple caps in the box. Since they are all the exact same shade of red I could not identify the ones I dropped and they got mixed in with the other ones which probably messed up my dosing for a couple of days. Just have to be more careful I guess! Great products overall!

Ghar1ne (MK-677) from Olympus Labs is awesome! I take it every night before going to bed and I have been sleeping so much better and so much more deeply than normal! Started at 10mg ED before bed for around 4 weeks, then upped to 20mg ED which is where I will stay. I am really disappointed that it is no longer going to be produced but trust me, I stocked up! Only downside to this product is the water retention. It is really hard to tell how much fat I have lost because of this, especially after upping the dose to 20mg ED. Also, for the first two weeks I had some pretty bad lethargy that would set in in the afternoon but that has since gone away. Still, I will take this side any day for the benefits. Recovery time is a lot faster while taking this product. The sleep benefits are the seller for me though. Buy this while you still can!

Thing I Would Change:
Definitely think I should have used a trandermal 4-Andro product. I really think if I had been using one my libido would not have been down like it was. Other than that, nothing!

So by the pictures, you can see my overall muscle size hasn't changed that much. You can tell I am a bit more defined than I was before, and thinner in my midsection (even though I am still holding a good amount of weight there). I am also holding a good amount of water right now from the 20mg of MK-677 ED so it is really hard to tell. The pictures really don't do me justice. Strength was definitely the biggest gain from this cycle. Looking forward to continuing the fat loss during PCT with Super Cardarine by Primeval Labs!

So in conclusion I am very happy with my results during this cycle although I still have a lot of work to do. Next cycle I do will be with a stronger compound for sure but I have definitely learned a lot from this.

Time to start my PCT and keep the gains coming!
 
Hey man, I just finished an 1 andro and 4 andro cycle and started PCT about 3 days ago. I've noticed that my outer elbows kill me when benching since I started PCT. was that the case with you. Also from about week 6 and on of my cycle when I let go of the bar when benching after racking my weight there would be a sharp pain in both of my triceps for about 3 seconds. I went from benching 190 at 4 sets of 4 to benching 250 at 4 sets of 4 at the end of the cycle. I probably need to lower the weight now huh? I suspect that the reason for the tricep pain was to heavy of weight even though I could've definitely gone higher on cycle. As far as the outer elbow pain, I'm hoping thats just a side affect of PCT for PCT i'm taking 12.5mg exemestane every other day and clomid each day then cutting clomid in half for the last 2 weeks of PCT. During cycle my diet wasn't as strict as yours, but i went from 172 up to 186 and just weighed again today and I'm still at 186.
