I've heard conflicting things about the half life of 1-ad / 1-test now that i've found out 1/4 tsp of 1-ad powder is 350 mg i was thinking about taking it 2x a day for a total of 700 mg my previous cycle i took it 3x a day and i'm curious if its better to take it in 3 divided doses or if it will be just as effective taken 2x a day
