As I have been quite busy I haven't always had time to get on the forum to post, so I decided to log it then post the it on the forum as and when I can. I have tried to include as much information as possible. If I have missed anything let me know. Suggestions for improvement would be great. I am thinking of doing a havoc cycle or something similar next.

1-ad, 4-ad, Arom-X Cycle

Starting weight: 168.2Lbs

I originally planned this cycle (when I was 180lbs/13% bf) to start at the beginning of April, but I went away for a week in at the start March and ended up seriously ill, so lost a month and a lot of weight. So I have used the last few weeks of April to get some general fitness back and be in good shape to start the cycle.
Starting Measurements (Cold, Relax, Unflexed)

Waist: 33"

Background:
This is my first ever cycle, I wanted something to help boost my gains and get back to where I used to be. I am a slow gainer and it took me awhile to get towards my goal before my injuries.
Used to weigh 185lbs (12-13% bf) back when I was rowing. That was about 12 months ago. I then had an accident and broke a rib in my back and had to have surgery on my knee. Had physio for the last year whilst slowly getting back into training, I won't be able to row or run but weights are fine. Due to this I had lost all muscle mass in my legs so this is why there are a bit out of proportion.
I started rowing at 15, so have a good cardio background, and start weight lifting at 16 and slowly increased it as I got older to help improve my strength and power for rowing. So slightly different to what I am looking at doing now, but I have a good knowledge of what to do. I also worked as a fitness instructor in a gym for a year before changing jobs.
Dosage:
I know these dosages are low but this is what I discussed with the AMS board reps, and as this is my first ph cycle they suggested start small. Also I am in the UK so these are really expensive. I only have one bottle of each so at 3 a day that gives me 3 weeks worth of each.
Week 1: 3 x 1-ad per day
Week 2: 3 x 1-ad + 3 x 4-ad per day
Week 3: 3 x 1-ad + 3 x 4-ad per day
Week 4: 3 x 4-ad per day
These are roughly taken at 7am, 1pm, 7pm. Didn't want to take the last one too late as I have heard some people have trouble sleeping.
PCT:
Nolvadex 40/20/20 + 3 x Arom-x per day
Because of my busy work schedule I only go to the gym 4 times a week.
Sunday: Legs
Monday: Back & Triceps
Tuesday: Rest (Forearm & Calves)
Wednesday: Chest & Biceps
Thursday: Shoulders & Abs
Friday: Rest
Saturday: Rest (Abs)
I am hoping to move arms to a day by itself as I am changing job and should have more free time.
Diet/Meal Plan:
7am: 2 x Wheatabix or Shredded Wheat, Bowl of Cereal, Banana, Protein shake
10am: Protein bar
12 noon: 10oz Chicken, 250g salad (no sauces, just as is)
3pm: Meal replacement shake
On training days go to the gym roughly between 4-5pm
After training Protein shake
6pm: 2-3 eggs
7-8pm: Brown rice or pasta, broccoli (maybe some other veg), and some form of meat (normally chicken again)
10pm Protein shake
Water intake is about 3-4 litres/6-8 pints a day.
Overall Goal: Eventually get to 200lbs.
Goal for this cycle: With it being such a low dosage gain and keep a few pounds, lose a bit of body fat. I'm not expecting any huge gains, just a bit more than I would without the cycle.

Week 1:
Day 1:
Training: Back & Triceps
Dosage: 3 x 1-ad
Sides: None really, had some stomach cramps after my workout, but I think that was just because I was so hungry, as soon as I ate something and had a shake it was fine.
Other Notes: Workout seemed quicker than normal, but my training partner couldn't make it so could just be that I was a bit quicker on my own. I would have thought it was too early to see a difference just yet. Slept really well.
Day 2:
Training: Rest (Forearm + Calves)
Dosage: 3 x 1-ad
Sides: None
Other Notes: Slept fine. Ate well, felt good.
Day 3:
Training: Chest & Biceps
Dosage: 3 x 1-ad
Sides: Had 1 or 2 small spots this morning on my forehead, but that could just be coincidence.
Other Notes: Training went well, felt like I got a really good pump like when taking No-xplode or some other Nox product. Slight increase in what I lifted form last week, but I think that would have happened anyway. Slept really well, was knackered after training.
Day 4:
Training: Shoulders & Abs
Dosage: 3 x 1-ad
Sides: Had something a bit like heart burn but in my stomach after taking two of the doses. Went away with in 10-15mins. Didn't cause any discomfort, it was just noticeable.
Other Notes: Training went well again. Still training on my own as training partner is ill. Increased appetite. Thinking of adding 25g of blended oats in with each shake.
Day 5:
Training: Rest
Dosage: 3 x 1-ad
Sides: Again had the burning sensation.
Other Notes: None
Day 6:
Training: Rest (Abs)
Dosage: 3 x 1-ad
Sides: Had diner late so I took the last does a bit late so had a bit of trouble getting to sleep due to burning sensation.
Other Notes: Missed doing abs as I was at a Nabba show all day.
Day 7:
Training: Legs
Dosage: 3 x 1-ad
Sides: No more burning sensation
Other Notes: Really good workout
Weight has gone up almost 2lbs, with a 0.1% increase in body fat, I was hoping fat would go down, but I'm not doing much if any cardio at the moment, so I am happy with this so far.
Mood has been fine and I've had no lethargy problems. Sex drive is the same as before. Not sure if my testicles are a bit smaller or not, might just be in my head.
