1.5 bottles of anabolic pump... wow

i studied up on this stuff and thought i would give it a try. i'm 40 and was hoping to lean up. after the first bottle and a little into the 2nd i was thinking that i was making good progress... but then realized how many carbs i was eating and making this progress. i was blown away. as i have gotten to single digit bodyfat before but never just cruising along eating carbs like crazy .... i feel 18 years old. i've read reviews of folks that didn't like it or thought it didn't work, but if you look closely at what they are saying it sounds like they just couldn't wrap their head around being able to eat carbs. now i'm sure there will be a small percent of people it might not work for, but the rest? believe you can eat the carbs!!!

if i can get uo the courage i'm gonna post some before and after pics...just not quite down to the bodyfat % I'M HAPPY WITH
 
The first bottle of AP is the best!! Especially the first week when you can eat 500gms of carbs and still feel tight as a nun.

Dont you need to slowly increase your carbs on AP. 500g in week one sounds like a lot :)

500grams in a day would be alot. In a WEEK it is actually very little (~72g a day). Especially combined with AP (3 / day)where you should ideally target 100-200g of carbs spread out. This would be 700 to 1400g of carbs a week!

Yeah I thought he meant 500 a day. 100 - 200 a day is not that much :)
