00 size caps

I read that these caps can hold up to 900mg, but just to make sure what's a good average mg amount that they can hold? Thanks in advance.

It would have to be some really dense stuff to get much over 800mg.

It is by volume, so it depends on the powder's density (if you tamp if fully). I posted the volume stats a while back, but have such poor internet connection I can't search for you now. It's roughly 1/4 tsp though.

Thanks, I'm packing them pretty tight so hopefully i'm getting at least 1/4 tsp. Man, I really wish the 50% icariin would come back. I'm taking 5 grams of HGW daily because it's 20%.
