I am currently towards the end of my prime + HGHup cycle. I cant brag enough about how good i am sleeping. I have just started to notice size gain with this stack so i am wanting to run two bottles of either igf 2 or HGHup in the summer (back to back, not at same time). i have broken a few personal records as well.

Two bottles in total or two bottles of each product? One bottle of each product back-to-back is fine. Two bottles of the same product back-to-back is fine. If you are going to use two bottles of BOTH products, then I would recommend having a 2-4 weeks break after 8-10 weeks of use.

Well Sunday's workout was pretty hardcore. I hit Back, Shoulders and Arms!!

I spent a good 2hrs in the gym just on weights and I have felt it the past couple days in soreness esp. Back and Arms.

Monday night was my spin class again and it was another sweat-filled hour ride to nowhere... for those who are unaware, when you spin you actually work very hard going nowhere. I guess no different than us lifting all that weight and not really getting anything done.

Strength remains stable despite the extra intensive cardio... I do think I can see the recomp benefits of HGHup, Drive, RPN and Neovar. I will soon be near the end and have to post up my after pics as proof which is damn near dreadful as I always wish my diet could be worthy of the products. I have done decent though and have had moments of weakness, but I will keep on trying to clean up my diet through the year.

Once again, Drive is awesome for pumps and pre-workout I love adding 3 caps about an hour pre.

I am considering keeping up the HGHup for another 2 weeks perhaps, but I will be adding another fat loss product into the picture by the weekend.

These are all solid products using high quality ingredients such as trademarked forslean, high standardized herbs and science-backed ingredients and formulas... I really appreciate the work AN puts into their products and am happy with the extra HGHup, RPN and Drive I have in my collection.

I should be making a moderate chest workout in today alongside some skating and then another spin class tonight.

Thoughts
Well this month has gone good, shoulders doing good so I'm happy, Strength keeps going up, my boxing is feeling better, quicker and punching power keeps going up. Leaner but waist hasn't changed much, I think it's the lack of running. I'm gonna start changing some things in training these next 4 weeks, try some alternative cardio routines. I'm gonna go back to the MMA gym and start grappling and sparring again as well, maybe even look into a grappling comp, well see.

I'm gonna be out of the first bottle of TestoPro after tomorrow and will be done HGH UP after Sunday...

Noticeable Changes...

  • Increased pump. Definite increase in pump, especially on leg day, and length of pump. Feel fuller, longer.
  • Slight increase in vascularity. Forearm, chest, bicep vascularity is up. Some ab vascularity towards top.
  • Increase in weight, decrease in BF %. Weight is up one pound, while BF steadily on decrease.
  • Very, very hungry. Didnt hit until 3 days ago, but appetite is up big time. Needed refeed/cheat and did the damn thing.

Diet Changes...

Dropped 150 cals today, now at 50g of carbs daily. Will do a refeed every 5-7 days as needed. Looking to run full CHA for a minimum of 8 weeks (last 4 of Natadrol and PCT) all clean eating.

Noticeable Changes...

  • Ever better pump in the gym. Seems effects are cumulative as they keep getting better.
  • Chest vascularity is insane, I'll try and snap a pic today. I usually only get vascular in one spot over my right shoulder when I get lower in BF, but my whole upper chest looks ready to blow. Arm vascularity is wayyyyy down though, kinda odd as this is usually the strong point of my cutting.
  • BF gradually decreasing, waist/hips going down while everything else is around the same (some minor decreases). Seems everyday right now a fat wipe occurs, and more definition appears.
  • Hungry, but not as bad as before.
  • Still bad sleep, not as horrible as before. Got about 3 good nights out of the last seven. Tried moving last dosage to 3 hours before bed and helped a little.
  • Pissing every five minutes (not really but feels like it)
  • Libido (and performance :P) like I was 16 again. Wife is very happy lately.

Diet Changes...

Now on full CHA/Keto, about 2750 cals W/O days, 2600 or so non W/O days. Doing refeeds/clean cheats every 7 days, typically a pile of brown rice and some beef.

Cardio...

Now doing 30 mins, 4-5x per week. Ramping up for end of cycle. Will not do more than 30 mins per session, changes now come from diet.

Thoughts...

Unemployment is kicking my ass. Diet was up and down for a couple of weeks, kept it mostly tight, except for a few small cheats/refeeds here and there. Biggest cheat was about half a pint of Ben and Jerrys after some brown rice and beef stir fry (homemade however, so was very clean). I think Im back on track now however, and getting it done.

My lifts are stronger than they have ever been this far into a serious cut. BP and Squat have actually gone up, and other lifts are either holding strong or adding a bit. Energy is nuts in the gym, dont get tired at all, ready to destroy. My wife has noticed serious improvements in my lifts and physique as well.(shes usually my spotter, and she kicks ass. she can spot me on last three reps for any weight I do and I never have to worry, strong ass girl).

Like I said, Im going to try extremely hard to get a blood test near the end of this cycle, money permitting. Id also like to have one done before I do Hdrol, just to make sure everything is in check. I may be getting a BodPod session as well, as I plan on continuing the cut after this cycle is over. I want to get to really close to 8% this time around, and maybe even compete towards the middle of summer (few shows locally, or in Vegas).

Day 11:

All has been going well. I've been noticing a big difference in my vascularity both in and out of the gym. Pumps are up a little and so is Libido. Strength seems to be improving as well. I jumped from 50 to 55 in overhead press and pretty sure i'll be up to 60 by next lift. I had MMA training last night, it was strictly cardio. It went great, endurance and stamina was excellent. Recovery has been awsome too, haven't been very sore. Sleep has been off and on. Falling asleep has been pretty easy but I've been waking up once in a while and staying up. I've began to take 1/3 of a tylenol pm and that seems to help alot. Motivation is high and I'm really looking forward to see what the coming days bring. Diets been great staying right around 2300 cals, and weight was dropping a little for a while, but now I'm cycling back on creatine some its staying the same if not gaining a little. Anyhow, i'm looking leaner and thats all that counts.

Very brief update...

Sleep: On 5 caps it can produce very vivid dreams. I may not sleep much more than I usually do, which is too little but I wake well and feel rested and energetic shortly after.

Fat loss: I have made an effort to have my last doses at least 2 hours after a my last meal. That means I have been under eating a little. When I am able to achieve this I wake to a noticeably smaller girth and more defined midsection.

Overall I have seen it initially effect my VAT (reduced girth, clearer upper abs) and now it has begun to expose my obliques and lower abs as well. This is without the use of cardio, only an increased in work load and recued calories, primarily carbs.

Perfromance:

Monday: Chest and Biceps. Ok I'm down right blown away!!! I focused mainly on incline presses instead of the usual flat first. I usually do a warm up set of incline barbell, 135 for 10-12 then go to 175 for 6-8 and finally 185 for 2-3. I ended up doing 185 for 5-6, 205 for 2 NEW PR, took the 35s of both sides and through 45's on lowered it down touched the chest and blasted it up for one. 225 New incline PR. I cant believe my strenght gains. I'm also feeling alot more leaner even though im bulking up. Biceps are feeling good starting to finally grow again. I wish i could run another month of HGHUP to go with my 4 bottles of rpm and 4 bottles of drive i just bought lol. I have finally realized why I been sticking with Applied Nutriceuticals products for the past 5 months, you actually get results!!!!

Possibly the greatest workout I have ever had.

Monday-Chest/Back

Mental Alertness/Focus- The "zone" I've been talking about is pretty much regular now-meaning that's how every workout is.

Energy- Smooth and sustaining.Took 4 caps RPM.I like this dosing better than 3.

Motivation-Pretty awesome. One of the other trainers there was joking around with me and told me I need to get out the gym cause I'm too big.lol

Mood/Aggression- steady, ready to lift almost any weight you could put on the bar

Joints- Lower back is still extremely sore from saturday

Endurance- only getting better.

Quality of sleep- Sleep was perfect last night. I went to bed at 10, and woke up at 7. This was a perfect 9 hours of sleep no waking up to pee or anything.

Final Review

Today was my final day on this stack. I finished all of the products, and I am VERY happy to report a +1 pound reading on the scale while leaning out. It doesn't seem like much, but I am pretty satisfied. I feel like I could be closer to my goal of 6%. Where I really saw results was in the strength department...specifically on deadlifts. Last week, I deadlifted and struggled to get up 405 pounds on classic deadlifts. Today, I am ecstatic to say that I deadlifted 425 pounds... A 40 POUND INCREASE IN JUST TWO WEEKS! That is just insane. I never ever expected to deadlift so much, and especially did not expect to increase 40 pounds in two weeks. Another area I would like to point out is the focus I had. Through the course of my stack, the zone I was in increasingly got better each and every time. Also sleep was amazing, as expected. I will def be running this stack again soon.

Sleeps been good as of late....partly because I have been exhausted. Vascularity is still pretty apparent.....probably from leaning out. Seems like I had a bit more motivation/edge to push through todays workout.​

Ok, basically... I loved this product! I kept probably 90%+ of my muscle and strength. I slept soundly every night, and I felt that my recovery time was a bit faster. Also my skin wa a lot more clear. Now that I have stopped I have a bit more acne.

I give this product a 9.8/10. I was super sad to see it run out. I dropped a good amount of BF% (my abs were actually visible). I dropped a solid 9 lbs and it looked like mainly fat.

I plan to run this supp again in a couple of months when I begin my bulk...

Well, I finished the 30 days on HGHup (still have 2 more days of Neovar left) and this is what my own personal findings have been:

Strength: 7/10
My Strength did go up slightly during this stack, but not much more than what I would have increased by if I wasn't using HGHup/Neovar.

Energy Levels: 7/10
Very good energy all day long. Crashed at bed time, but this is what you want really. Not sure if it is placebo but I feel quite tired today as my last dose was Saturday night and I still worked out this morning.

Gains: 6/10
Didn't gain as much mass as I wanted to, but hey, everyone reacts differently to supps so I can't knock it too much. I did stay the same weight as before (still 101kg) but I do feel a bit leaner, so I did recomp, even if only slightly.

Libido/Aggression: 7/10
I would have to say like any test booster, your libido has days when it is up and down, and with HGHup this was the same. Some days I was Mr Randy Pants and others I was just normal. I will say that even if I wasn't "in the mood" and the Mrs was, I could very easily get my head in the game and keep it there - even whilst trying to psyche myself out (man I hate head-games in your own head!).
I felt a good sense of personal well-being pretty much all the time and also had a good sense of alpha male-ness too.

Recovery: 8/10
Very good reovery on these products. Even though I pushed myself in the gym, I didn't get DOMS this month as much as usual. I felt my muscle recovery was a lot higher than normal and this was great for being active and doing intense workouts.

Sleep/Dreams: 9/10
Very vivid dreams pretty much every night. The quality of sleep was excellent and I felt well rested even if I was woken a few times in the night by my cat Spasts (short for Spastic) who decides that inappropriate meowing is acceptable in short bursts of 2, 3, 4 and 5am.... *******. Lol.

Overall Rating: 7.3/10
I did enjoy these products and do feel that if I had behaved myself better at weekends then I may have recomped better than what I did. I will definitely try them again, but this time I will 100% stick my diet and really put the HGHup to the test. TBH I would buy the HGHup again just for the sleep quality! :)

I am tempted to try stacking IGF-2 with Neovar to see if similar, better or other results occur. We'll see!

All in all, I am extremely impressed. I needed to get back into the weight room hard after having to take off because of a bout of Mono and an ear surgery. I am glad to say that I am up a consistent 10 lbs and my bf% has gone down ( noticeable )

I have an awesome intensity in the gym and my appetite is huge. I am having excellent sleep with some pretty CRAZY dreams but after watching inception , I find them pretty cool.

I would definitely recommend HgHUp and I already have in fact to a few of my friends. I have had multiple people tell me recently that I looked like I have put on more muscle.

If you are a lifter that doesn't want to go the pro hormone or illegal route but wants to try to go a little further, try this product!

Also I have been combining this with black cats in the morning and MAN I just feel so good throughout the day.

I took the recommended 5 caps before bed.

Sleep 8/10: Pretty decent. Did see improvement although a couple nights were a little off.

Motivation 9/10: I feel my motivation actually increased while taking this stuff.

Stress 10/10: My stress levels have been way down while on this.

Endurance 8/10: My endurance did increase a little.

Muscle Hardness/Density 10/10: One of the best parts of taking this. My muscles got much harder while taking this.

Libido 10/10: Seemed like every morning I woke up with wood and my wife enjoyed the sex.

Strength 10/10: Almost all my lifts went up. Also feel much stronger too.

Body Composition: I put on about 5lbs while on this while keeping myself lean. Waist measurement actually only went up slightly instead of a couple inches like normal.

Overall 9.5/10: Very solid product. Definetly enjoyed using this product and seeing solid results. Thanks AppNut for a great product.

I actually ran hghup and free test and in a 4 wk cycle... my strength, recovery, and size all were amazing. I mean I felt just as strong when I did ph's in the past but more energetic and cut. At times I felt like I could eat anything I wanted like I was in my 20's and get away with it. I was still achieving great results in such a short amount of time. The only side I got from this combo was a bit of gas. Overall my body responded very well.

I did a FREETEST + HGH UP stack for 2 months, im not no gay bodybuilder tho, I do amateur boxing so weight lifting is minimal but the stack gave me crazy aggression @ the gym during drills and sparring, I had that extra gear in me to push it to the limit, I was swinging with vengeance while I would of been gassing and cooling down without it.

real good stuff. If my money was long I would of ran the stack some more, but kids is a bitchh

FREETEST + HGHUP helped me with my HIIT training as well, I usually head to the track already hurting and not looking forward to it but when I was on that stack it had me wanting to go to the track to prove myself against my friends, made my whole mood change to making sh1t I dislike into a competition.

...I wasn't logging anything in great detail at the time as I honestly didn't have much expectation for it to be a very effective product. With that said, I think my weight went up maybe about 2 - 3 pounds, HOWEVER, my bodyfat dropped significantly. I ended up pretty shredded and looked bigger due to the muscle detail. Knowing what I know now, I would have bumped up calories a lot more during the cycle to try and gain more muscle. Again, I do feel this was the best product I have even used, and I've used a lot of diff supps out there...

I have used HGHup twice and love it...I use it because I get the greatest night of sleep on it. Deep and peaceful REM sleep, like I used to get when I was a kid. And I know this is key to recovery after hammering the iron. I wake up in the morning, feeling relaxed and energitic. But I have to take all 5 caps before I go to bed. When I split the doses it made me sleepy in the afternoon. And be ready for some crazy dreams.
