but also remember to take a B complex as we dont want to create a deficiency or imbalance of the other all so important B's

Sleep - my sleep while taking HGHup was about the same as before. I had good nights, and bad nights, and I generally woke up feeling a bit tired. Most days my energy levels were solid, and I had no problems making it through my night shift. This product is meant to be taken prior to a workout as well, so it does not cause drowsiness in itself. It would be best to rely on another supplement for getting to sleep and sleep quality.

Mental Alertness/Focus - My mental ability was very good the whole time I was taking HGHup. I never had issues focusing at work, and only occasionally during my workouts if I was tired.

Energy - I'm not a morning person, and this supplement did nothing to change that. Any increase in sleep quality I may have had was not big enough to notice a difference in this area. Once I was up and going however, I was able to make it through almost all days without feeling a need to take a nap which is beneficial for me. So in some respects, it may have had an effect there. I also had reduced my caffeine intake and still had pretty good energy during my workouts.

Motivation - my motivation to train was high while taking HGHup, but I had some low days as well. I did notice a difference once I got going in the gym. It seemed like even when I wasn't as pumped up about going to the gym, I got really into it once I was there and warmed up.

Mood/Aggression - It may have been the testosterone boosting effects, but I think an increase in aggression at the gym may have actually been one of the most consistant effects of pre-workout dosing HGHup. It was odd because I didn't have the added energy of caffeine, but I still felt like I was really able to get "angry" and "beast" like in terms of tearing up the weights. It was a good feeling, and possibly one of the only "felt" effects of the product.

Stress - My stress was low the entire time taking this. I had nothing in my life stressing me, so it's hard to guage what effect the product had.

Libido - I can't say I noticed an increase in libido since it wasn't low, but I would say it was average to high the entire time. Nothing uncontrollable.

Joints - Never had issues, I give Celadrin credit for that though

Endurance - My endurance was better, but I give credit to Beta Alanine.

Strength - My strength ended up going up significantly on my strength workouts each week. I was aiming mostly for maintenance, but I set a PR in squat with an easy 315x3 ATG (I was training legs for maintenance work) when my previous best was only 2 reps with a struggle. My bench press on my last week felt like I could have hit an easy 300 without the weight slowing too much. My deadlift numbers also were at their best for sets of 3 with 365x3.

Quality of Training - I had mostly great workouts, but some workouts I was pretty tired. I think the potentially added aggression from the product is the biggest benefit in this regard.

Pump and Vascularity - I had good pumps, but since that is normal for me I can't judge this product in that area.

Muscle Hardness/Density - N/A, I guess about the same as always

Body Composition and Look - I gained a solid 5 pounds while on this product. It mostly happened during the last two weeks which makes me wonder whether there is a delay in terms of when it really starts to kick in. I think this product may be best run for 2 bottles to see the best effects as I was just starting to see some big gains. Prior to starting, I was hovering around 150 or a little below. Today I stepped on the scale at about 157 barefoot and I haven't been dropping below 155.

I wanted biggers arms and a bigger upper chest, and that's what I got. I can visually see a difference in my upper chest in the mirror and the forming of "cleavage" in my inner chest area that wasn't there before. It's most likely due to specializing in my training, but I'm glad I was able to put on the muscle.

I can also see a visual difference in my arms. Prior they were a little below or right at 15 inches as you can see in the picture, now they are at least 15.25 inches.

Appetite - My appetite was pretty strong, but not out of control. My biggest issue was getting really hungry right before bed. It's hard to dose HGHup on an empty stomach before bed when you're used to eating an hour before going to sleep. I can't sleep on an empty stomach.

Overall Sense of Feeling - Always in a pretty good mood, not angry as much. Maybe my life was just going well, but I say looking back I never really had too many bad days.

GENERAL THOUGHTS: My biggest issue with the product, and it's simply the nature of GH products, is the dosing. You have to dose on an empty stomach with minimum insulin, and that can be difficult to workout some days. Another thing I was disappointed with was that it didn't seem to have a noticable effect on my sleep quality. I didn't wake up any earlier than usual or more refreshed. I was actually pretty groggy in the mornings.

I think the visual results in the mirror, scale, and gym, started towards the 2nd half of my bottle. That means when I started to see some good progress, I ran out. I've heard GH products are best run for a couple of months, so it may be important to plan on running a couple bottle cycle. I'm very happy that I gained the weight I did as I was worried it wasn't going to happen. I was also pleasantly surprised at how much stronger I started to get.

I've read the lab results showing significant increases in GH with this prodcut, so I can only assume the increase in GH is there. I have no objective way of showing it increased my GH otherwise.

I would rate this product a 7.5 out of 10 for one bottle, with potential of being an 8-9 if I could see whether the effects are more significant run for a longer period of time.

I'd like to say thanks to AN for letting me log this product and for making another quality supplement!

AConrad00's Week 3 review of HGHup

Week 2 Notables:

Deeper sleep
increased vascularity
slightly decreased fat

Invalid Link Removed

Continuing my progress from the first two weeks, it seems that my weight increases has come to a stop, and i'm sitting at 201.2 pounds. Still up about 2-3 lbs from my beginning weight, and definitely holding A LOT LESS FAT! I know most bodybuilders use HGH mainly for its fatloss, and i'm seeing terrific fat loss, especially in the last 5-6 days, when i began using 5 capsules at night.

i have more then a week left, as i only take 5 capsules a night, so i'll get somewhere between 34-36 days out of a full 180 capsule bottle of HGHup. So far, I can give his product a big thumbs up, its effect on sleep is great, and my body is changing exactly how i want it to!

RxAJ

RxAJ: HGHup - The story told week by week

Week Three

Sleep
Not quite as good as it has been the previous two weeks. Waking up once or twice throughout the night but still feel as if I'm getting a deeper, more recuperative, sleep.

Mental Alertness/Focus
Been average due to some other factors causing quite a bit of stress this week.

Energy
Been pretty high all things considered. The past week has been kind of crazy as I have quite a few projects coming due at school, and in trying to prepare for the shopping season at work, I've been needing 26 hours in a day. Still, I don't feel overly rundown or anything and energy during my workouts is still good.

Motivation
Still high

Mood/Aggression
Aggression is still nice and high in the gym. No change really outside of it

Stress
Exact opposite of last week; it's been a stressful one

Libido
Average over the last week

Joints
I tweaked my wrist a little bit playing indoor football on Tuesday night. Gave it a day to rest but it was still troublesome when I tried to work triceps. So I added Friday in as a rest day with my weekend off and hopefully be able to get back into the gym on Monday with no problems. Still it just added to my already stressful week.

Endurance
Still going strong here

Strength
Hard to really gauge much this week. I did see some nice increases on Monday again with the T-bar rows, but my wrist put me behind a day and I had to workout on Thursday (gym was closed) and piecing together a workout with what I have at home is never great. Then took Friday off, soooooo.....better luck next week :D

Quality of Training
Monday was very very good, but again, some other issues made the rest of the week not as successful.

Pump and Vascularity
Pumps have been about average. Vascularity may have been up a bit this week, I caught myself double-taking my forearms a few times at work.

Muscle Hardness/Density
No change here, which is good. Muscles are still hard throughout the day

Body Composition and Look
Didn't notice much further change over the last week, maybe the higher stress levels impacted that. Still looking better then Day one though.

Appetite
The increase seems to have subsided a bit. Still feel as if it's higher then normal though

Overall Sense of Feeling
Kind of bummed about this last week turning out less then great, but all the more reason to go harder next week!

tattoopierced1: Tat's gettin HiGHUP (AppNut Sponsered Log)

Final review:

First off I would like to thank all of the reps at APPNUT that gave me the opportunity to log HGHUP. It has proved to be a very nice supplement, that does what it says. The main noticeable things with HGHUP in my experience was the sleep and hunger effects. It did take me a while to notice the sleep effects, days longer than the rest of the loggers, but once it kicked in, the noticeable effects were full on. Hunger was also increased significantly, so this would be a perfect addition to any bulking phase. Aggression was up during this run as well which helped things out in the gym, providing me with more focus and determination to get through pounding out the weights. The pumps were very good while on HGHUP and honestly the only things I didnt notice that we were supposed to watch out for during the logs were an increase/decrease in libido, and better skin. My libido never changed (which is good), and my skin stayed the same, again, both not things I look for in a supplement geared toward adding more muscle to my frame so neither were a big deal to me as long as things in the libido department didnt go down.

Overall I give HGHUP a 8/10 score. It worked as stated dose wise, and although things took a bit to kick in, I would love to give it a go at 6+ caps per day for the over 200lb crowd to see what it can do. The before/after pictures show the changes, so you be the judge.

TommyTuffGuy

TommyTuffGuy:

Did a month log on another site, here's my review:

The main things noticed throughout the log were a substantial increase in sleep and recovery time. Deep, deep sleep, vivid dreams, almost brain foggy when waking. Recovery was excellent and soreness that I usually experience seemed to disappear.

I noticed my strength increase as I did go up at the very least 10lbs on all my weights sometimes even 20 without the strain involved of upping it that high that I usually notice. The other attributes that AN asked us to pay attention to I didn't see too much of. My diet was fairly clean except for the occasional splurge so my body didn't recomp or transform in any way although I do think I put on a bit of extra muscle.

For my final review I'd give HGHup an 8/10 for the details listed above, and would purchase again but would probably prefer to stack it with a test booster and fat burner for a full body recomp.

HGHup Final Review

Overall I really enjoyed taking HGHup. The main benefits I got out of it were improved sleep, strength, vascularity and pumps, and some libido. Most noticeably was that my strength really climbed the first few weeks taking HGHup even at a maintenance caloric intake. Also a constant energy level, not feeling drowsy throughout the day.

I held off a bit on this review to see if I would feel different without taking HGHup. What I have concluded was that the main difference I have felt since stopping HGHup is I am getting a bit drowsy in the afternoon and feel like I need a nap... strength hasn't changed, libido actually has increased because towards the end of my bottle libido had dropped. Sleep has changed a bit, I am waking up alot during the night which started happening more often as the bottle went on... I am guessing that is because the sleep effects from HGHup began to wear off the more I took it.

My overall rating for HGHup is a 7.5 I gave it this score out of because the effects from HGHup, for the most part die off past week 3. If this was a 3 week supply of HGHup i would have given in more around an 8-8.5 because I wouldn't have noticed the drop in progress past that point.

BiggJohn: Final Review

BiggJohn: Invalid Link Removed

Final Review -

Net weight change +9lbs.

I took a few days off to think about what this supplement really changed or improved with regards to the final observations and here is what I've come up with.

Sleep - Time and Quality -

Time -I don't feel HGHup improved sleep time consistently under any of the dosing schemes I used.

Quality-As far as sleep quality, after a short breaking in period, 3 caps 1-1.5 hours after my pre-bed meal (no carbs) seemed to improve sleep quality. I'd often wake up remembering some vivid dreams. When dosing 5 or 6 caps pre-bed, sleep quality did not seem to be as good and it took a bit of extra time to get to sleep. I can't necessarily give an explanation why the low dosing resulted in improved sleep quality, but in my case there did seem to be a significant difference.

Mental Alertness/Focus -

If HGHup improved my state of mental alertness or focus, it did not seem to be very significant. Certainly no where near that when taking stimulants like AMP2 or ephedra. I would have been able to rate this effect better if I was a student taking exams, as I didn't have many instances during the log that required me really focus or concentrate.

Energy -

Any HGHup did not seem to improve my normal day time energy levels. I still sought out a nap during the day from time to time. There were a few instances (particularly at 5 or 6 caps pre-bed) were I might have had some more energy in the gym which contributed to better workouts.

Motivation -

While I did start to get in more morning cardio sessions than I had been before taking HGHup, I had planned to make a more concerted effort to do this as I started the supplement. I also did get in an extra day of working out one of the weeks. Motivation may have been slightly higher, but I'm not sure if this was a placebo effect or directly attributed to taking HGHup.

Mood/Aggression -

Mood- I'm generally a pretty upbeat person so that wasn't necessarily a lot of room for improvement with a supplement. I can't stay I noticed any significant improvement in mood using HGHup.

Aggression - Would not say I really felt significantly more aggressive at any time while taking HGHup.

Stress -

As I mentioned throughout the log, I do not typically have a lot of stressful situation I get myself into so it is difficult for me to rate the supplement in this regard.

Libido -

Libido did not seem to be affected when dosing 3 caps pre-bed (with either 2 caps or 3 caps pre-workout). However, I did seem to notice a significant boost in libido when taking 6 caps pre bed. The improvement seem pretty noticeable when switching from 5 caps pre bed to 6 caps pre bed. In retrospect, I would have liked have run more of the log at 6 caps pre-bed to continue this effect. I found myself seek out more sex than usual from my girlfriend and thinking about having more sex with the higher dosing.

Joints -

I didn't report on this too much during the log but after thinking about it, I believe joint health may have improved a bit when taking 5 or 6 caps pre bed. My elbows, knees and RC all seem to be feeling better than before I started the log. The affect became most noticeable towards the end of the log, which may be a cumulative effect (kicked in after ~3 weeks) or may have been due to more effective dosing of the supplement (5 or 6 caps pre bed). Hopefully this affect continues I get a back workout in today, where elbow discomfort has been a problem.

Endurance -

As I mentioned in the log, I don't do endurance type workouts. My cardio sessions are typically limited to 30 minutes (treadmill, elliptical trainer, exercise bike) to 45 minutes (walking outside), which do not put me in a position to rate the supplement with regards to a endurance improvement.

Strength -

Strength seemed to pick up a bit towards the end of the log. The affect seemed to be most pronounced when dosing 5 or 6 caps pre bed. Overall however, the improvement in strength seemed to be pretty mild. Not on same level as supplements like Anabolic Pump, Divanil, Creatine, or XFactor.

Quality of Training -

There were certainly some times during the log when I feel that the quality of my training improved. Got a few extra sets in a few workouts or an extra exercise in. Again the affect seemed to be most pronounced towards the end of my log when dosing 6 caps pre bed.

Pump and Vascularity -

Pump - Possibly a minor boost for obtaining a pump. I believe one or twice I noticed being a bit more pumped than usual but this might have been related to the quality of training effect. Not near as significant as using a NO supplement, XFactor, or Anabolic pump.

Vascularity - I did not consistently notice an improvement in vascularity under any of the dosing schemes I tried.

Muscle Hardness/Density - (I'm going to consider muscle hardness and density the same thing as I would not know how to discern between them).

This was one of the top qualities of HGHup, just right below the appetite boost. It seemed to take about one to one and half weeks for this affect to kick in. Muscles felt full/hard/dense throughout most of the log. All dosing schemes seem to work about the same in this regards.

Body Composition and Look -

While the extra cardio sessions certainly played a significant part of this, I do not feel I gained a significant about of fat in the course of gaining 9 lbs. I would not say I necessarily look leaner, but I don't feel think I gained much fat. I hope my after pics will show this as well as a looking a bit bigger. I hope to be able to get those pics up tonight.

Appetite -

This would have to be the most noticeable quality of HGHup. I had a few instances where I would eat a complete meal and be hungry only an hour later. This would be helpful to those bulking who have a difficult time eating as many calories as they would like in order to gain.

Final Review
Well throughout my HGHup I used 5 caps a days as I was instructed by app nut. During this run I definitely noticed an increase in recovery time and lowered stress levels, which are two great benefits that make the product completely worth it. The biggest thing that I noticed from the product though was the slimming effect that it had on me during the run. I kept my calories slightly higher than normal due to the training I was doing and I actually ended up losing 4 pounds total throughout the cycle while still hitting personal records on all my major lifts. Another cool effect from the HGHup was the increased strength when used prior to a workout. During the run I can only think of 1 or 2 workouts that were below par, with most of my workouts being what I consider to be pretty good in quality and strength.
One thing that I did not really receive from the product was better sleep, which was surprising to me because many reported that this was one of the most noticeable aspects of the product. I actually found myself waking much earlier than normal while I was taking this product, and when I woke up I wasn't groggy but I also did not feel like I was getting the same quality of sleep that I received from IGF-2 or lipo-pm from appnut.
I would use this product again in the future, I imagine it would be good for a post cycle product or stacked with an anti-estrogen for a killer fat loss and strength stack. If you guys have any questions please let me know. Thanks again to everyone at App Nut, but especially Sean and Rosie for letting me run this product.

i cant post a link because i dont have enough posts, but NP lists it as a possible side effect.

It could just be a general warning. Ask Dirk.

...

I personally really liked it. Id give it a 8.5-9. It really helped with my sleep which had been a big issue for me. I was getting good deep sleep and even having a few dreams. Libido has increased to say the least. Cant complain about that at all. Did feel like I was a little more in tune with my body during my workouts when I took it preworkout. I noticed increased endurance I didnt think I had and some strength gains.

The only thing that held me back was the holidays. They kinda set me back especially with the increased appetite.

I can't wait to run the 2 bottles I purchased later on the road. I recommend anyone who is thinking about trying this give it a try u wont be disappointed.

Thanks again AppNut for the opportunity.

I just took my last serving of HGH up last night. I didn't purchase it with any specific goal in mind. I just wanted a good all round supplement to help me maintain etc. So definitely keep that in mind when reading this.

Here are a few of my thoughts in roughly the same lay out as the logs. I ran 6 at night preceding non lifting days. 4 at night and 2 before working out on days that I did lift.

Sleep: Absolutely phenomenal, for me it was worth it for that alone. Always woke up for my morning cardio sessions ready to go instead of dragging ass like usual.

Focus: Not something I thought about while I was on it, but looking back I seemed to be on point with most day to day things, not forgetting stuff on errands, remembering to actually run the errand in the first place LOL, things like that. No major changes in the gym.

Energy: I doesn't give me the explosive type of energy that I would get from a pre-workout supp. But overall I felt more alert and lively (see above). Nothing special though.

Mood: Slightly more aggression, but not in the gym per se. I tended to react more harshly to negative/aggravating situations than I normally would. But nothing to extreme

Joints: Everything that hurt before, still hurts just the same now...lol.

Endurance/Recovery: Definitely up, I do sets and forget I'd done them. In some case I found myself searching for stuff to do and having to force myself to leave the gym. Definitely seemed to minimize post workout soreness.

Strength: Interestingly enough, I didn't notice any difference in outright strength on my max effort days. But the increase in endurance and recovery made me feel like I was, if that makes sense.

Composition: I'd just came off a diet when I started, and truth be told I feel like I regressed during the period of time I was on it. But I'm sure that had absolutely nothing to do with HGH up and more to do with the change in diet.

Appetite: I wanted to eat everything in sight. But again I was coming of a pretty strict diet (1700-2100 cals per day) and was training harder and heavier again. So again, I can't say whether it helped or hurt either way.

Now that I have my new workout and diet sorted out (i.e. better controls), I'd like to run it again and see. But for what I used it for this time around, I cant really complain. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone just to try, especially as a "jack of all trades" type of supplement.

alright to be honest I've seen a lot of supps claim to boost hgh naturally and none have really delivered but that has nothing to do with this product because in my opinion appnut hit the nail on the head ,I loved this product it was a joy (and rage) to run :D and will deffinitely be running it again in the near future it's one of the best natural supps I've tried and have recommended it to several people already , I think it would be ideal during a cut or during pct to maintain muscle mass while losing bodyfat . A big thanks to appnut and their great staff of reps on here for the opportunity to run this and all the support in this thread

I took this product, HGHup, for 4 weeks, and tried out different dosing schemes, I will go over the pros and cons of each:

Dosing scheme 1: 3 capsules upon rising and 3 capsules before bed
---- This method is supposed to increase your two main natural HGH spikes, in the early morning and at night.
----- I liked this method, it worked well. The only problem was that I was suppoed to restrict carbohydrates with my breakfast meal, to get the most out of the product. I don't really like eating a carb-free breakfast, as I really look at carbs for my energy source for the day and I like to have them. This method was good, but not my favorite.

Dosing scheme 2; 3 capules preworkout and 3 capsules before bed
---- This method is to enable as much HGH production from your workout as possible, and increase your nighttime HGH spike.
---- I liked this method the least of the three. I hate not having carbohydrates preworkout, and saw no increase in performance or mental focus during my workout for the few days I tried this method. I do not recommend this method.

Dosing scheme 3: 5 capsules before bed
---- really capitalize on your nighttime HGH production (which is already the largest, by far, of any HGH production spike)
---- winner winner chicken dinner. This method is by far the best because it was easy to do, just pop 5 caps before bed. It is easy to restrict carbs in your nighttime meal (and this actually helps you not to overeat carbs at night). It led to the best sleep, the sleep that was deepest, had the most vivid dreams, and led to me waking up refreshed and non-groggy. This method will also give you an extra 30 capsules (1 less, per day, for 30 days), or an extra 6 nights of usage. BALLIN!

What effects I noticed:

Decrease in bodyfat
Increase in lean muscle mass
Elevated vascularity
Deeper Sleep

I did not notice much in terms of energy, focus, mental clarity, aggression, or skin tone. It is useful to note that I am a very busy person, and normally am well focused and motivated to do well in all that I do. I also normally have great skin, so there are no issues there.

Changes in physique

Beginning Weight - 197lbs
Ending Weight - 198lbs
Final results - +1 lb

Beginning bodyfat, close to 9.5% bodyfat
Finishing bodyfat, close to 8%
Final Results - down 1.5% bodyfat.

Beginning lean body mass, close to (197*.905) -- 178lbs
Finishing lean body mass, close to (198*.92) -- 182lbs
Final Results - close to 4lbs of lean body mass increase

These are all estimates, but I expect them to be fairly accurate. I know my body well, and understand that while the numbers are not 100% correct, what holds true is that I lost significant levels of bodyfat while increasing lean body mass, in 30 days while taking HGHup.

Effects on sleep

It is no secret that this product is designed to get you to sleep faster, help you sleep deeper, and help you wake up feeling refreshed and non-groggy. It did just that.

I would recommend this product alone as a sleep aid, not even a natural HGH product. The sleep is wonderful. I didnt notice as much effects on how fast i fell asleep, but the deeper sleep I was able to achieve was wonderful! I really slept well while on HGHup and woke up many times feeling completely refreshed. Just so you all know, I am not a morning person as at all!

Final Pictures

I didn't necessarily post "before" pictures, but they are all over my log, so you'll have to search for them! You can see very clearly in my first week pictures the amount of fat in my lower abdominals, as well as my lack of clear muscle separation. You can also notice a lack of vascularity. While i took my "final" pictures in a cold state, with no pump, in a pretty chilly empty studio, I still maintain decent standing vascularity and muscle fullness!

Having abs is a pretty big deal for me, I have a short torso... so to see my intercoastals and most of abs popping through is a HUGE deal for me!

So would I purchase?!
This is the true test of a sponsored log

YES!

I can see myself recommending this product and purchasing this product in the future. The science behind the product is solid, the formulation is clear and straight-forward. Applied Nutricueticals is a great company. Most importantly, the product works, and works well! I can highly recommend this product as a great alternative to a natural test booster, as well as a very potent natural sleep aid that is non-habit forming nor addictive.

Very good job AN, thanks for letting me log the product!

RxAJ: One Month Review (One of Two Bottles Used)

RxAJ: HGHup - The story told week by week

One Month In Review

Not doing the typical review this week as it marks the end of one full bottle, so I'm gonna touch on the more important aspects of HGHup in my opinion.

Sleep
This was very noticeable from the first few days of HGHup and on. I fall asleep easily on this stuff and sleep very deeply through the night. If I do manage to awaken in the middle of the night, I've never had trouble falling back asleep. Wake up every morning feeling very refreshed and completely non-drowsy.

Mood/Aggression
Aggression while I'm the gym has been significantly increased. I'm usually not one to put on much of show or throw out any battle cries while I'm there, but I can't help being a little louder then usual on this stuff....pushing myself further.

Libido
A nice little boost here. Nothing major, but it's definitely been higher then usual

Endurance
Significantly higher on HGHup. Taking less rest time in between sets....actually I've been looking for things to keep me busy while I'm "resting", knocking out a few pullups or pushups or dips or something in between the sets of my routine for the day. Major difference on leg day, my cardio feels great on the squat rack, I'm not dieing to regain my breathe afterward.

Strength
It's increasing nicely. I've seen some good jumps on certain exercises and then just average increases on others. Notably, I've added 30lbs to my squats, 35lbs on the T-Bar row, and am hitting sets of BW+10 pullups for 10 (compared to 5 reps at the start).

Quality of Training
Has been very good for the most part. I without a doubt feel more focused and aggressive in the gym. Couple that with the increase in endurance and I'm having some really really solid workouts.

Pump and Vascularity
I really didn't notice much here for the first three weeks, but in this last week my forearms are popping like crazy and the pumps during this weeks workouts have been insane.

Muscle Hardness/Density
This one from the start has been very evident. Muscles are hard all day long.

Body Composition and Look
I'm recomping very nicely on this stuff. My weight has remained stable since the start really but I do look leaner and my strength is going up steadily.

For the next bottle I'm going to be upping my calories slightly and see if I can't add some weight to my frame like I had intended. All in all, It's a solid product so far and I'm looking forward to another four weeks on it.

WEEK 2 REVIEW: ...I've gained a solid 3lbs, and i'd say lost a small % of fat. All my lifts have consistently been going up, with most of my gains coming in my chest/back...

Muscle Hardness/Density 19/10
Body Composition and Look 10/10
Appetite 8/10
Overall Sense of Feeling 10/10

Honestly, everything has stayed just as awesome. I've been making gains, everything is going great! Only downsides are some pretty bad lower back pumps (which I've been taking taurine for) and increased oily skin (causing me to break out). I can feeeelll more weight coming on, I'm just waiting for it to stick! I easily put on 6-9lbs throughout the day, but then by the time I wake up, it's all gone again! haha.. But, I am definitely feeling bigger/thicker/more full. Just waiting for it to stick. But hey, 3 solid lbs ain't bad ;)

Day 7

...

SUPPLEMENT EFFECTS
Feeling super full from food this week lol, Very happy with the size I gained this week. Amazing sleep last night, Libido high, haven't seemed to gain any fat this week. The HGH UP effects are becoming more noticable everyday. Biceps are still very sore from the arm workout, so I'm guessing back is gonna be a bitch tomorrow. But all in all this week has been awesome, it will be nice to compare strength gains this week.

Weigh-ins and measurements are tomorrow...

WEIGH INS AND MEASUREMENTS

Before
Weight: 170lbs
Arm size: 14 1/4 inches
Waist size: 33 ½ inches
Legs:21 1/2 inches

After Week 1
Weight: 174lbs + 4 pounds!
Arm size: 14 1/2 inches + half inch!
Waist size: 33 1/4 inches - 1/4th inch!
Legs: 22 inches + 1/2 inch!

Very happy that with results so far, I'm shocked when I looked in the mirror today and thought my abs looked leaner and then taking the measurements and finding out it is lol, I didn't think I could eat this much and still get leaner!
Well time to get meal 1 in me and do my Back/abs/cardio workout:veryhappy:

First of all, I want to thank AppNut for allowing me to log HGHup. I have used a number of their products, in the past, and experienced very good results.

Final Thoughts

* Sleep - Time and Quality = This is where HGHup stood out the most for me. The quality of my sleep was vastly improved while taking HGHup. Every morning, I woke up refreshed and ready to tackle the day. I have sleep apnea and I use a CPAP machine and this, along with the HGHup, worked in a great combination.

* Mental Alertness/Focus = I had a very slight increase in mental alertness/focus.

* Energy = Since this improved my sleep quality, I had increased energy throughout the day and during my workouts.

* Motivation = My motivation is always high. HGHup did not affect it.

* Mood/Aggression = Small increase here.

* Stress = N/A

* Libido = I really experienced no increase in my libido while using HGHup.

* Joints = No effect on my joints

* Endurance = N/A

* Strength = My strength improved while using HGHup. I set some new PR's and increased my overall strength.

* Quality of Training = My quality of training, for the most part, was very good during my log. I used some different workouts and I got the most out of every one.

* Pump and Vascularity = Slight increase on various days.

* Muscle Hardness/Density = Muscle hardness/density improved while using HGHup slightly.

* Body Composition and Look = minor changes. I'm bulking right now, so it's tough to see the changes.

* Appetite = My appetite definately increased, especially after using HGHup for about 2 weeks.

* Overall Sense of Feeling = Very Good!

I took my HGHup, for the most part, before I went to bed and about 60-90 minutes after my last meal containing carbs. It tough to gauge the true results without bloodwork. But, HGHup helped me increase my performance while training and it improved my quality of sleep.

I am interested in seeing how HGHup perform on a cut for me.

I would consider buying this in the future!

Thanks AppNut!

IronBear04: Final Review

IronBear04: IronBear Busts Barriers with HGHup from AN!

Final Review:
Sleep - Time and Quality: Varied greatly. I tried dosing the product both preworkout as well as at night before bed and found most enjoyable results from the preworkout dosage.

Mental Alertness/Focus: Up, but nothing extraordinary about these traits during the usage.

Energy: Same with ^^, nothing out of the ordinary.

Motivation: Was down for a bit but definitely peaked up near the third week.

Mood/Aggression: So So mood throughout the cycle but aggression in and out of the gym definitely increased during the course of the product dosing.

Stress: Stress seemed to be high due to outside factors but did not interfere with my workouts which is a good effect.

Libido: Libido is always high and even moreso while running HGHUp

Joints: Feel fantastic even while moving much heavier weights than at anytime before.

Endurance
Strength-- Both dramatically up, I just rackpulled 14 plates on the smith from mid/upper shin level last night (645 lbs).

Quality of Training: Definitely a marked increase over training without supplementation.

Pump and Vascularity: No huge change here though vascularity did seem somewhat increased even with a diet not 100% in check.

Muscle Hardness/Density: Harder and fuller, lats flaring out constantly now

Body Composition and Look: Upper/mid abs popping out from underneath the belly chub
and other parts looking exceptionally defined for my bodyfat%

Appetite: Comes and goes but post training I have been ravenous.

Overall Sense of Feeling: Two thumbs up, feel much better at the end than I did before.

Picking up a bottle or two of this to run during my scivation-triphase routine along with a no/extremely low carb diet starting early January...

WEEK 3 REVIEW: Alrighty, week 3 is gone and I am mid week 4 at the moment.. Feeling AWESOME! Again, sorry for any delays, after this week it won't be an issue anymore.. school is KILLING me, finals are insane this semester.. my cortisol levels must be through the roof! lol, anyway, I am currently in the first week of the 2nd phase of my training routine, focusing more on intensity over volume. So far so good, dropping the rep range to 6 has enabled me to significantly increase the weight on every lift! I can definitely say that I have experienced a great amount of strength increase on this stack. Within 4-5 days, I wlll be bridging into the 2nd part of the stack; I am really looking forward to seeing what the new Sustain Alpha Liqua-Vade has to offer! As far as weight increase, I still have only gained around 3 solid lbs, which is better than nothing, BUT, it seems like at the end of each day I am honestly weighing more and more than I ever have before (i.e. waking up at 183, going to sleep at 190-191). I understand that true, you gain temporary weight throughout the day as you eat, drink, etc. but honestly, the numbers are gettin' up there! Just waitin' for the weight to stick ;)

Sleep - Time and Quality 8/10 ** Dropped a few points because of finals, I've been really stressed out lately.
Mental Alertness/Focus 10/10
Energy 10/10

Pretty much all solid 10's across the board! I have been VERY happy with my experiences on this stack so far.. the only downside, as previously stated, oily skin! I hate breaking out :[ Other than that, everything has been going great.. I can't WAIT to get back in the gym!

Heres a short summary of my HGHup experience. Sleep, recovery, strength, was phenomenal. After 2 weeks of battling the swine flu I started working out again and thats when I started taking HGHup. My PR on bench press was 175. My second week on HGHup i benched 185 for 2. Last night on my final week of HGHup I put up 205. I have also had strength gains on every exercise, smashed all my PR's. While taking HGHup my body seemed to get alot more cut even though im currently bulking abs really started to get defined. Aggression was real high. Libido was high and endurance and stamina were up as well. Overall I give this product a 12/10. Will definitely be giving it another run with a full detailed log. Thanks AppNut.

RxAJ: HGHup - The story told week by week

Week Five

Sleep
Remains very solid and I've been needing it this week with lots of final papers and projects to get done on top of studying for and taking exams, going to the gym, and working

Mental Alertness/Focus
The focus factor here has been most welcomed this past week. Lots of work to get done and it's definitely helping me to not feel so overwhelmed and get it done. I did a 25 minute presentation on blood donation earlier this week for my senior seminar course and aced it, then took my neuro exam today and I'm fairly sure I aced that as well. Focus is goooooood

Energy
Kind of lower then average, feeling a bit rundown but nothing too severe.

Motivation
Mind has been elsewhere this week, but still highly motivated

Mood/Aggression
Aggression still high in the gym

Stress
Been a very stressful one. Too many deadlines and rushing around a lot to get everything done

Libido
Average

Joints
No pre-existing issues and nothing new

Endurance
I have to say this has probably become the best aspect of HGHup. Very profound increase here, I just feel great in the gym.

Strength
No huge jumps since last week, reps went up on everything though

Quality of Training
Very good, though last week was better

Pump and Vascularity
Seems to have gone back to normal

Muscle Hardness/Density
Still solid

Body Composition and Look
Still noticing little changes here and there as a result of leaning out. Lines and separations I've never seen before.

Appetite
Low

Overall Sense of Feeling
Ok so I'm basically blaming this lack luster week on the semester coming to an end. I've spent I don't know how many hours in the library the past several days pegging away at papers. When I wasn't there, I was either at home studying, or at work wishing I was getting school work done. I intended to increase my calories for this second bottle but my diet took a big hit this week with just not having much time to prepare food and my appetite being lower from the stress. The good news is that this marks the end of the hardest part of the semester; I have one final left and it should be cake....so the next three weeks are all about diet and exercise and finishing strong!

WEEK 4 REVIEW: I've gained another solid 1lb! That's 4lbs in 4 weeks! Not that bad for having to also deal with finals during all of it...I am WAY stoked. As far as the lifting goes, it's been great! I am literally lifting heavier and heavier each time I workout. I am in week 2 of phase 2 of my training routine, which focuses more on intensity. For questions regarding the routine, please refer to 'Tri-Phase Training Vol2' from Scivation (Invalid Link Removed)..

Sleep - Time and Quality 8/10 ** Dropped a few points because of finals, I've been really stressed out lately. Luckily I am just finishing!! I really need to hibernate hah.
Mental Alertness/Focus 10/10
Energy 8/10 ** Lack of sleep has affected me a bit, due to school...
Motivation 10/10
Mood/Aggression 10/10
Stress 8/10 ** Finals! ALMOST DONE!
Libido 15/10 ** It seems I have become quite the animal. I am constantly finding my mind in the gutter, virtually all day hah.. What have I become? lol
Joints 10/10
Endurance 10/10
Strength 10/10
Quality of Training 10/10
Pump and Vascularity 10/10
Muscle Hardness/Density 10/10
Body Composition and Look 10/10
Appetite 8/10
Overall Sense of Feeling 10/10

Again, I am VERY satisfied with the stack thus far...Downsides? Only oily skin!...Bring on the gains!

MBS' Final Thoughts on HGHup

I decided to review the product in the categories that AppNut wanted me to focus on during the log. Seemed to make the most sense to me.

Sleep - Time and Quality

One of the high points to the log was, imo, the deeper sleep that I got from taking the product. I only had a couple nights that I didn't sleep very well. 9/10.

Mental Alertness/Focus

I noticed that my sleep/focus was pretty good most of the time. Sometimes I get a "fog" and I didn't have it often while I was using this product. 8/10.

Energy

My energy levels were pretty solid throughout the course of the log. I was using some stims as well, but I felt my physical energy was enhanced some from baseline. 7/10.

Motivation

I was pretty motivated to keep up the good work during the log. 10/10.

Mood/Aggression

I noticed that some days, especially near the middle of the log, I felt really aggressive / angry. 10/10 or 0/10 depending on your perspective.

Stress

Stress is always high in retail as you close in on the holidays. Some days my stress was low and some days it was high. I don't think HGHup did much in regard to stress. n/a.

Libido

Noticed it was pretty solid throughout the course of the log. I am not really sure if it was related to HGHup though. 7/10.

Joints

Not gonna lie, I didn't notice any benefit here. 0/10 or n/a depending on if there was supposed to be a noticeable increase in joint health or not.

Endurance

My endurance during my cardio sessions was top notch. 10/10.

Strength

I felt my strength improved, but the endurance aspect shined more than the strength one. 7/10.

Quality of Training

My training sessions were pretty good during this. As I said in my log, and on the forum in general I am much more focused on running / sprinting /etc. and I think this helped in that regard. 9/10.

Pump and Vascularity
Muscle Hardness/Density

I did feel as if my vascularity had improved and that I spent more time during the day with my muscles feeling harder. Definitely think that this apsect helped with the motivation as the effect had me feeling better about myself, lol. 10/10. FWIW this was probably my favorite part of the product...as an overweight guy feeling muscular is a pretty awesome thing to go through.

Body Composition and Look

From Day 1 til the end I noticed a pretty positive change. I am getting closer to where one day I might even be comfortable posting pictures of myself on here for the world to see, but not quite yet. :o 9/10.

Appetite

My appetite stayed pretty high, which was frustrating, but the overall effect of the product was still beneficial towards cutting. This product would probably shine on a bulk or recomp from someone who had a better diet than I do though. 0/10 or 10/10 depending on your goal.

Overall Sense of Feeling

The positive effects helped enhance the motivation factor which caused me to want to work harder to get things done, which in turned increased the effectiveness of the product. My muscles felt harder and I felt like I was getting results so I kept pushing. The endurance factor was pretty helpful, especially for someone like me who tries to push a little bit more out of his daily runs, etc. Running for a good distance one day would sometimes lead to a day where I didn't run as much, etc. and with this I was pretty consistent with my next day so I would say that helped.

I should note that I weighed in at the lowest that I've weighed in at in a long time during the course of this log, so it definitely helped me push past a weight loss plateau...

I still haven't read through anyone else's logs but from a few comments I've seen from the AppNut crew it seems like everyone else is having good results as well. Seems like they have a pretty good product on their hands, and AppNut is pretty reputable imo. If you're considering this one I would say that it's probably worth your time.

Overall I'd give it an 8/10 and the score would potentially be higher if I had been trying to bulk as I said my appetite was pretty high during the whole thing.

Back to good. I've been able to get at least eight hours a night all this week of the glorious HGHup sleep. Soooo nice

Mental Alertness/Focus
Stimulant like in the gym, very cool.

Energy
Quite high this week. In and out of the gym

Aggression is the highest it's ever been for me in the gym this week

Stress
No stress. Completely relieved

No pre-existing issues and nothing new

Endurance
Astonishingly, still getting higher each week. This has been an amazing week in the gym! Again, I'm cycled off stims right now and I'm not a naturally high charged person, so I'm really really pleased with the level of energy and endurance this has given me for my workouts.

Strength
Finally! and the reason I'm calling week six "the sweet spot". Strength took leaps and bounds since last week. Every lift went up beyond what I was anticipating and some lifts still felt like I could have added more. I'll log my increases in all my lifts in my final review but the part of the product claims that says "add 20-40 lbs. on all major lifts!" has already been overshot in most cases, with two weeks left to go still.

Quality of Training
Simply outstanding. Mind muscle connection this week was other-worldly

Pump and Vascularity
This is the first week where I can say without a doubt I noticed a significant difference. Pumps where very good!

Muscle Hardness/Density
Still holding strong

Body Composition and Look
I'm tellin ya, my weight may not be changing, but I've definitely gained a good amount of muscle....probably balanced by the fact that I've lost an easily noticeable amount of fat in my midsection as well. It's a big deal for me when I have more then 2 abs showing :p

Appetite
High

Overall Sense of Feeling
Back in the high life again

Just as an aside, I'd highly recommend at this point that anyone looking to run HGHup do it for a two bottle cycle. For the same reason you wouldn't run one bottle of X-Factor or one bottle of Activate Extreme....The difference between the first bottle and the second here is night and day.

WEEK 5 REVIEW: So far so good...As far as weight goes, I'd say I'm around 4.5lbs up, but I've been eating a lot more and have already weighed over 190lbs during the day! COME ONNN WEIGHHTT! hahah.. As far as my training goes, this is the last week of phase 2 of my routine, and I'd have to say, I've made GREAT strength gains on this stack/routine! I am STRONGER now than I was on my previous one-time prohormone use (earlier this year) and just as heavy weight-wise if not heavier!! So far, So GOOD! :D

Day 21 part 2

Merry Christmas everyone!

Olympic Squats:
225 x 3
235 x 3
245 x 3
255 x 3
265 x 3
275 x 3
285 x 3

speed was very good on all of them, and I was DEEEEEEEEP

EZ Bar Curl / AB Crunch Machine SS:
4 sets 6 reps each, 110 for EZ Bar and 70 for ABs

Hyper Extension / Reverse Curl SS:
5 sets of 5 reps each, used some weight on the hypers.

20 minutes Cardio

This was legittttttt. I've been low bar powerlifting squatting for so long, trying to really focus on sitting as far back as I can. Well bio mechanically my legs legs are super long in comparison to my torso. This means to keep my center of gravity on a low bar squat I have to lean very far forward. This higher bar means less lean, granted a little more knee travel but hey. I felt awesome and powerful. None of the reps were slow really and I could have grinded out a lot more reps or weight but that's not how I'm rolling right now. Also, drive seems to leave me with endless energy in the gym. That whole workout (including cardio) took ~45-50 minutes after warmup sets for squat.

Week Seven

Sleep
Phenomenal

Mental Alertness/Focus
Both have been noticeably higher this week

Energy
Quite high all throughout this last week in and out of the gym

Motivation
Damn high right now

Mood/Aggression
I've seriously been in an awesome mood all week, don't know what it is, but my spirits are high. Aggression is still much increased when I lift.
Stress
Low stress

Libido
Average

Joints
No pre-existing issues and nothing new

Endurance
This is blowing my mind, I can't seem to wear myself down in the gym. The hour that I allow myself to workout for is going by soooo fast right now. The energy I have in my last set is just as high as it was in my first....it's awesome.

Strength
This is where my hopes were the highest for HGHup and over the past couple weeks it has certainly delivered. I need a new gym.....seriously. I've maxed out on the Pec Deck (the real pec deck, not seated fly machine) at 100lbs for 10 easily. I'm shrugging the 115lb dumbbells for 15 reps with ease, the highest weight we have, and I'm pulling the whole stack in lat pulldowns now (200lbs). All other lifts are up by a significant amount too.

Quality of Training
Continuing from last week; outstanding training sessions

Pump and Vascularity
Significantly above average and the best it has been since the start

Muscle Hardness/Density
No change since last week...which is a good thing

Body Composition and Look
I didn't really take before pictures, but here is two recent ones from Tuesday's workout (unflexed) and Today's workout (Flexed). I don't even recognize myself from the neck down.

HGH UP/ PRIME/ DIVANEX/ P-SLIN/ DOMINATP REVIEW!

SleepTime and Quality- 10 out of 10- Even on 5-6 hour sleeps I felt great when I woke up, Sleep was very deep, lots of dreams. HGH UP played the role in this department.

Mental Alertness/Focus-10 out of 10- forcus was at it's max.

Energy- 9 out of 10- Energy was pretty high everyday, Jack3d gives me the most energy but P-Slin, DominATP and Refresh gave me really good Energy as well.

Motivation- 10 out of 10- Motivation was very high, my test def went up on this stack.

Mood/Aggression- 9 out of 10- Aggression felt pretty high after week 2, I feel HGH UP and Divanex helped with this.

Stress-8 out of 10- Stress was pretty low this month, it was nice to be able to start lifting weights again and shoulder feeling better.

Libido- 11 out of 10- Wow Erections were harder, bigger, bigger loads, always taking advantage of wife lol. HGH UP worked better for this then any other supplement I have used.

Joints- 10 out of 10- Joints felt really good, shoulder felt better every week, shoulders have been popping weird the last few days tho, but shoulder has healed a lot! HGH UP and Super Cissus worked really good on my joints.

Endurance- 8 out of 10- Didn't do to much cardio to see how good it helps, but when I ran on the treadmill this week It felt pretty good.

Strength- 12 out of 10! Strength is the biggest difference I noticed, it has gone way up since day 1, lifting near what I was before I got injured and when I was 195lbs. So to come back in 1 month after not lifting weights for 6 months is awesome. I feel the combination of Prime and HGH UP really gave me good strength gains

Appetite- 9 out of 10- I had a hard time eatting so much at first and always feeling stuffedbut by week 4 all I want to do is eat and I never really feel to full now.

Overall Sense of Feeling- 9 out of 10- I feel great, I'm very happy with the results, I feel HGH UP is an amazing supplements and very happy I tried it and Will be running it again.

...

Final thoughts- I loved this stack and can't wait to try HGH UP for more of an MMA type training routine.

The before Pics were on Day 2 and the after pics today. And I the front before pic that was the max Pump I could get, the after pic was after only 6 sets of back and chest.

RxAJ: Final Review

RxAJ: HGHup - The story told week by week

Final Review

Dosing Protocol: 5 caps a day. 2 caps first thing in the morning; 1 hour before breakfast and 1.5 hours before my workout. 3 caps immediately before bed.

Sleep
The first few nights on HGHup I actually had some difficulty falling asleep. I stuck with the dosing scheme though and after getting acclimated to the ingredients this became one of the more enjoyable aspects of the product. HGHup provides an extremely recuperative sleep and allowed for me to fall asleep fairly quickly. Looking back I experienced more vivid dreaming and the ability to actually recall my dreams, which I normally can't. Woke up every morning non-drowsy and feeling refreshed and ready to go.

Mental Alertness/Focus
It was recommended to avoid stimulants and excess B vitamins while on HGHup, so I cut out the use of pre-workout products. I freakin love me some stimulants, so the first week or so without that boost I felt like I was dragging in the gym a bit. But, HGHup began to provide me with a very clean and natural feeling boost in alertness and focus. I found it noticeably easier to stay on track both in and out of the gym, in everything I was doing.

Energy
I'm quite shocked at the energy levels I was able to muster up in the gym without stimulants. HGHup was definitely doing something here as well.

Motivation
It's always high for me when it comes to lifting, but during the second bottle of HGHup I'd argue higher then it's ever been.

Mood/Aggression
I was generally in a very good mood outside of the gym when school work (finals) weren't weighing me down too much. Aggression was without a doubt higher then normal while lifting. I'm not one to make much of a scene while I'm working out, but I found myself more animated in the gym and just getting angry when the reps started to become difficult. This boost in aggression definitely helped me to dig down and finish sets strong and just get a better workout all around.

Libido
Switching back and forth between average and slightly elevated throughout the two bottles.

Endurance
This is probably the most apparent aspect of HGHup. I experienced astonishing increases in endurance throughout the entire 8 weeks, starting from day 1. I simply could not wear myself down. It felt like I was coming back to every set stronger then before. This increase was greatly appreciated when squatting as, for the first time ever, I felt like my cardio was keeping up with my legs.

Strength
I wanted a lot out of HGHup in this catergory and while it may have taken some time to really kick in, the product did finally deliver. I'd say all throughout the first bottle my strength gains were average, but they increased ten fold once I began the second bottle.

Every rep of every set is performed with the absolute absence of momentum. Momentum is an outside force that aids you in the lifting of a weight, thus reducing the force of the muscular contraction needed to successfully complete a rep. In physics, work is defined as the product of force and distance, and as athletes our goal is to maximize the amount of work we do in order to obtain the best results possible. This can be accomplished by applying the greatest possible force over the greatest possible distance. Range of motion is key, as is training to failure.

ATG Squats: 215x5 ---> 260x5
Deadlift: 405x1 ---> 430x1 (previous record was 420, but hadn't pulled that in a while)
Flat DB Bench: 75sx10 ---> 90sx5
Chest Supported T-Bar Rows: 115x6 ---> 160x8
EZ Bar Curls: 95x8 ---> 120x5
Skullcrushers: 75x8 ---> 90x5
Behind Neck Press: 95x5 --->120x5
Pec Deck: 90x10 ---> 100x10 (Machine capped out)
Seated DB Shrugs: 100sx12 ---> 115sx15 (Capped out)
Machine Lateral Raise: 25x5 per arm ---> 32.5x7 per arm
Close-Grip Over The Bench Forearm curls: 100x5 ---> 120x5
DB Pullover: 60x8 ---> 85x8

Quality of Training
Very good throughout the 8 weeks. The mind muscle connection on this stuff is awesome.

Pump and Vascularity
Really nothing noticeable to me until the final 3 weeks or so, and then they were very good.

Muscle Hardness/Density
Significantly increased throughout the whole 8 weeks.

Body Composition and Look
I had originally planned to use HGHup as an aid in my winter bulk, but it didn't quite play out that way. I experienced a gradual leaning out effect that accumulated to a significant difference by the end, one I really couldn't overcome with my diet. I'm up 3lbs with an estimated 2% reduction in body fat, for a LBM increase of ~8lbs. HGHup is definitely better suited for cutting or recomping then bulking.

The Verdict: I don't care how skeptical you are of GH products, because I was too, but I can say with complete confidence that there is something to this stuff. This has been easily one of the more enjoyable products I've run, in fact I rank it right next to Glycobol as products I consider being worth every penny. I'm already planning to run it again come the end of spring when I'll be looking to recomp (just looking for something interesting to stack it with). I give HGHup a solid 9/10, only because I believe there is always room for improvement.

Bigla2004: BigLA's doing AppNuts HGHUp - size time

30 Day Final Review

Let me say first off thank you to AppNut for letting me log a bottle on them. I was highly skeptical going into this log as there is a lot of bunk and mystery shrouding HGH related products. I have always had a good deal of respect for the AppNut crew and decided doubted they would put out a bs product. We shall first start with the pictures, which, I believe are worth enough words and I could stop my review right there :p.

BEFORE PICS:
Invalid Link RemovedInvalid Link Removed

AFTER PICS:
Invalid Link RemovedInvalid Link Removed

I would hope you can see the clear difference in bodyfat levels. Strength did not decrease at all. I'm basically as strong as I've ever been despite the lesser weight. Speaking of lesser weight my weight change went like this:

Beginning- 198
Ending- 195

I think it is clear that I may have lost more than 3 lbs, which leads me to believe I added some muscle in there. This is entirely possible because of introducing some carbs around my workouts, whereas before I was basically having no carbs. On the subject of diet, mine was pretty good, but far from excellent. Through this change I had finals, christmas, and new years. Never did I fully lose control as I'd hope my results show, but I did have a few less than optimal days.

Another thing to note is clothing fit. I still fill out all of my shirts and my pants in the legs. However, I have never used as small of a notch on my belt in as long as I can remember. As you can see from the befores I was by no means fat, but now I use one or TWO notches smaller on my belt from what I've normally warn going back even to freshman year of college (I'm a junior now).

This is hands down as big and lean as I have ever been in my life. I wouldn't attribute my success solely to HGHup, because lets be honest, diet plays a huge role as well, but my work ethic and this supplement paired up to be a great duo.

* Sleep - Time and Quality: This was good throughout the whole log. Deep restful sleep was the norm.
* Mental Alertness/Focus: This may have been enhanced, but is tough to tell as I'm addicted to caffeine lol.
* Energy: Same as above
* Motivation: Was very motivated the whole time to be in the gym.
* Mood/Aggression: Seemed to have some positive aggression and sense of alpha while in the gym
* Stress: Was stress free the whole time even with finals coming during this log
* Libido: Was up and so was volume of semen
* Joints: Nothing to report
* Endurance: Improved a bit
* Strength: Nothing extremely notable but I did maintain and possibly slightly increase strength while losing fat and overall weight
* Quality of Training: Superb
* Pump and Vascularity: Vascularity was and is simply phenominal and isn't really demonstrated by the pictures
* Muscle Hardness/Density: Felt denser during most the duration of the log
* Body Composition and Look: I would hope the pictures speak for this subject
* Appetite: normal
* Overall Sense of Feeling: Good throughout

Bottom line is this product was a winner for me.
