I was having issues with protein intake balanced with watching my cals so this week I gave up the struggle and just went back to my version of imf/keto. No problem getting the protein in now - it's all I have all day! (w/fat of course and negligible carbs). My ego will probably take a hit when my pumps aren't as huge without carbs, but for me it's worth it.

I don't remember what a food pump feels like. Haha I don't remember the last time I had breakfast and lifted in the afternoon. Last like 3 years has been pretty much fasted training

I got miss diagnosed with a stress fracture during end of last cycle and into PCT and still ****ing have slight issues....it's a Morton's Neuroma, can finally squat and DL again but no calf raises at all....damn.
It was rough for sure.I couldn't handle life without squats and DL haha
