No no, it's an overhand grip but you bend over 45 degreesish and stretch the bar down your thigh your knee, then row the bar tight, right into your waist. All right to your body

Push ups just a light pinch . Small ball underside of my arm 3 inches above elbow in the middle

I wouldn't expect to much from yourself so that if you do have a good session, it's a nice pick me up

Yes . Sometimes i get thes bumps that have to be massaged out . My pt says it could be too much compound stress . Aka extremely heavy lifting without enough rest .

I was doing straight leg dedz today when I realized my hammies were still sore from last weeks dedz! I think we're supposed to take like some kind of rest days - but who wants to! We ARE the obsessed - but in a good way, right? :)

I try to take in 400 g protein but it becomes severely difficult.

I was having issues with protein intake balanced with watching my cals so this week I gave up the struggle and just went back to my version of imf/keto. No problem getting the protein in now - it's all I have all day! (w/fat of course and negligible carbs). My ego will probably take a hit when my pumps aren't as huge without carbs, but for me it's worth it.

Pains gone !!! Iced wrapped and then stretched

great to hear! I used to use a lacrosse ball to massage out my shoulders and tri's...painful, but worth it
 
I personally think that it was cyst inside the muscle that popped either way it feels better little bit of burning sensation inside the muscle but there's no more pain no more cramping no ball left so it could have just been assist thanks everybody for your concerns you guys are ****ing awesome I wouldn't be here without you guys

I got miss diagnosed with a stress fracture during end of last cycle and into PCT and still ****ing have slight issues....it's a Morton's Neuroma, can finally squat and DL again but no calf raises at all....damn.

I couldn't handle life without squats and DL haha
