I firmly believe your body can adapt to anything. There are oly lifters that do 13 sessions a week. All exactly the same. 2x a day and 1 on sunday and they strong like @$!##;&&&&&! Google john brosz usa oly coach

Olympic lifters are usually on drugs, but beyond that they aren't doing bodybuilding routines twice per day. They are generally brief or moderate workouts with submaximal loads ...this has a place, but it isn't how everyone trains.

Oh man, I don't **** around in the gym, we'd train first thing in morning before all our members show up, then remove the velvet rope. We'd have a crack security team moving about the place to make sure no one is leaving **** all over, like empty bottles and misplaced weights.

Supersets are allowed but you must properly mark your stations with a shaker or weight belt lol

An alarm will go off if you quarter squat or cat back, ego deadlift, and the other members get to shame you...

If you're texting or talking on a cell for more than 2 minutes on a machine, (5 minutes on a bench, platform, or tower when more than 3 plates are involved) you have to spend 10 minutes in time out.

If you leave your sweat behind on machines or equipment you have to clean it off with a ****ing tooth brush before you can leave. (as in leave without returning to wiping it down)

Be courteous to other members, if you're going to leer at chicks the chicks get to leer back lol

I think we should have a squat rack just for curls - but only for 135lbs and up....

I think this could be acceptable so long as it's the only area open. I don't wanna see 5s on the bar

I was up to 120s at golds before the accident my brother. Ill get it back. Legends screaming in my ear.

I've had the 50kg dbs (110lbs) up for 8 reps before I tore my AC in my shoulder :( I can only just bench 100kg for 4 at the minute, I row like a retard now too haha can go too low or my arm might fall off

I'd say my form is good, it's just dropping the bar below the knees is too much now, pulls my left shoulder too much, I do Dorian Yates version or BOR now because it helps a lot and can still get the ROM, a little bit of body English but I'm back to rowing 150kg now, in fact I've got rows tonight, I'll video so you can critique of you want?

Form is the #1 cause of injury #2 is lack of nutrition.

No no, it's an overhand grip but you bend over 45 degreesish and stretch the bar down your thigh your knee, then row the bar tight, right into your waist. All right to your body
