It's rough sometimes but all of my filming is done before and after the gym so it doesn't take much more of my time to film. It's finding time to edit that sucks sometime

That's a good plan. I'm about a week ahead with filming. So if I release something it will be a week behind what I'm feeling that day. Anywho. I guess it doesn't really matter what I post. As long as I'm posting in here

Well the goal was 1500 but that might take awhile. I'd say 1300 is more like it right now

Agreed with this. And sometimes I like the writing because you can quickly glance and the post and get the whole picture where the video may take a little longer. You could do a combination of both. Like once a week do a video and acouple times during the week do a post instead.

I am going to guess it is about hitting a combined lifting weight of 1,300? :)

Just got in gear for the first time in a year. Pretty close to noodz lol I feel like my head is going to pop off
