Excuse me for the dumb question TNE (waterbase)

Bioavailability of oral TNE is around 5% from what I’ve seen and half life is very short.

How often should dermaroller be replaced? I read at some p’aces that it should be replaced every like 10 uses. If this is the case it can be expensive if buying quality ones.

    Tongkat Ali 200:1 dosage

I think many companies selling 200:1 extracts are not transparent on their labels. And believe they refer to 200:1 extract based on fresh root not root powder. Which would be equivalent to 20mg 200:1 powder. This is what I saw reading the label tongkat from pipingrock. Maybe I’m wrong. I...

A Day In The Life Of Rocket

My eGFR is around 85-87 without proteinuria, at 52 years old. None of my physicians have seen any problem with this and didn’t talk about CKD. I’m kind of concerned but not them.

    Oral 11Oxo. What's a good dose?

Il was more to know if it is worth it to make it transdermal. We know that the bioavailability of a transdermal is roughly 20-30% at best with some good carrier. But if the oral bioavailability is about the same I’m not going to make a transdermal out of it.

    Oral 11Oxo. What's a good dose?

Bumping up this old thread not create a new one. does anybody know about the absoption/bioavailability of oral 11-oxo? not talking about 11-KT or sublingual 11-ox. But just plain old 11-oxo? Old non-methylated prehormones have an oral bioavailability of 5-10%. Was wondering if it would be the...

    Whey protein.

Actually in majority of the cases beef protein powder is one of the poorest options for a protein powder. Many if not all the beef protein powders out there are mainly collagen, which has a BV close to zero. I’ve never seen one single brand saying how much of their protein comes from collagen...

Predator Chaos and Pain gone? Best GDA replacement?

Do you take your metformin before bed and not before/at meals? I’m still trying to find how I can use metformin best for its insulin sensitivity and GDA action.

    The APEX "suggestion box"

Oral apigenin seems to have a bioavailability of 30%. Not sure making it transdermal would make it any better. But who knows.
