Doubtful that this combo would crush estrogen. The AIs in dermacrine are just to prevent any rise that might come from the dermacrine. Should equal to a zero increase in estrogen, while the sustain would lower it. But as long as you don't overdo the dose, you should be fine.

Just vanilean and spicy foods for me. You can buy it standalone... but it's going to be something like "450 mg cayenne" standardized to 0.25% capsaicin per capsule. Which is about 1.125mg. You need a ****LOAD of spicy food to get anywhere near a decent dose of capsaicin.

Yeah I always put a lot of spice into my foods as well. So I'm dosing the Vanillean 3mg capsaicin with spicy food... no wonder I'm sweating in the office :O haha

It's pretty great solo or stacked, I agree. I think people underestimate the advantage of the topical application. Everyone fears oral dhea but need to understand the difference with dermacrine.

Not yet, I'll be running it very soon though! I used the same product before when PP sold it and it's definitely an awesome addition to PCT. Also I think with the lack of decent AIs it could be used on cycle too for anyone who is running a cycle that could have estro issues.
