I used to just add it in my water bottle, shake and chug.... But i don't see why you couldn't dump it into a food processor or maybe a blender and make them more fine. The GMS i have from NP seems more like little bee-bees, not so much paint chips...

NAC is good for acetaminophen overdoses and the likes...but not really good for any PH cycles. I personally like Milk Thistle and SAMe....
