I just posted in another thread - today is day 480 no caffeine.
Best decision I've made in a while. I do miss the buzz, I sleep 10x better most nights and my energy comes from water, food, and moving my body. Oh, and TRT. Let's not forget that.
For me - I've been off caffeine for 480 days as of today. I had an unhealthy relationship with it, let's leave it at that.

Saw a Jay Cutler SHort on YouTube and he was saying he goes between 6 incline and 8 incline; I did that and the fat started melting off. It's tough to do daily, this week I pulled back but am getting back on it.
Also I do the walking fasted.

URSA recomps well.. I’ve kept off 12 pounds since mid December and I hit 255 twice on flat bench back on the 9th weighing 208-210, two shoulder surgeries, I’m stronger on pull than push. Oral Ursa is trash. topicals better.

I developed a tolerance. 7-10 pumps Arima either once per day as a bolus or split up. Mostly once per day. Chest, shoulders, inner thigh. Basically anywhere not hairy and preferably where some veins are closer to skin’s surface
