    the general consensus on this forum years ago was that 2 days off is not a long enough break to make any diffrence and cycling it that way would ruin the benefits

    i read on this forum years ago that the 5 days on 2 days off cycle method was debunked and you might aswell just use it everyday edit: +cycling 5 days on 2 days off would make the positives worse because you need to use mk677 for a long time to get the maxiumum effect
