Can cissus and ashwagandha be used year round?

theres a huge sale on a site and it gives me 400 dollar gift pack if i purchase for over 300 dollars and everything is buy 1 get one 50% off etc.

i dont really need anything lol. can i use cissus and ahswagandha etc year round? i just wanna stock up on stuff

I don't see why they could not be used year round. If you are worried you could always take 4 on and 1 off. They are two ingredients that get better the longer you use.

I don’t think you’d have any issues.

I still cycle ash every so often, but it’s fine in longer spurts.

Yeah, both should be fine as already said. I've been using Ashwagandha for about a year straight now.

I'd say yeah you probably could use those more long term.

I'd be curious though if it's necessarily a good idea to run an adaptogen like ash constantly without occasionally allowing your own cortisol and CNS to do it's own thing and baseline once in a while naturally. Might be a dependency there over time or become less and less efficient with use, who knows but just a thought.

I’ve used cissus for a long time, occasionally take a week off, no issues
