    Thanks man. Who takes the money and lies? TWO weeks ago they said they were waiting for Dpol and Follidrone for stock, I asked if he could send the remainder while we wait. He says sure and '' do me a favor'' and ship it. Still nothing. Ruined my log. AND NO F$&ING RETURN ON MY MESSAGES!? WTF!!

    I'm on a layoff. Work, family, no motivation blah blah. When I'm on, I stick to 2x4x4. 2 bp by 4 exercises by 4 sets with a minute or so rest. Eat clean, no starch or sugar. I had a bf test done I assumed i was aeound 20 but it showed 16.5%. So not as much of a lardass as I thought.lol
