    Mesomorph by APS nutrition is probably the best selling DMAA pre-workout on the market at the moment. Dust Extreme by Blackstone is pretty good but no where like mesomorph Super Pump 250 by Gasapari Nutrition is a well rounded pre-workout when it comes to pumps, focus and energy.

    While adding mass it's going to be hard to not add fat. You can keep it at a minimum by tracking your macros, progress and doing cardio. Also depending on your body type will indicate how often and much cardio you should do.
