Appreciate the advice, I read up on some studies today about Vit D that showed some promise. Asked about animal Pak because I've always taken it on & off, but it only has 680 IU of Vitamin D. I'll start supplementing more into my daily diet and see if it helps things increase.

Checking in through PCT. I felt a slight loss of strength on a few movements last week, but this week has really sucked. My diet hasn't been on par the best for a little over a week either. Things are still much higher than they were before cycle though. Like on BB bench I barely got 295lbs...

Just finished a cycle of Tr1umph on a recomp. Loved it man! Lean, dry, and hard gains with some really good strength. It definitely seems to pick and choose who it likes, guess I was lucky.
Made it through Friday before running out of Sup3r-11 using the pump. Adding that part in since some have commented it running way shy of the full 30 days, I made it 27 days.
