    Do you have a Carbon Monoxide tester? If you have low/mid levels of CM it will make you extremely tired and week. I dont think I need to tell you what happens with high levels..... :(

    I want to have a real cheat meal to lol. A typical cheat meal for me is an 8oz steak, grilled vegetables and a sweet potato with marshmallows and Carmel sauce. Not a typical cheat meal in alot of people's eyes but it kept me headed in the right direction without the guilt
