So after a previous thread where I talked about cutting with 11-oxo... I got some negative feed back and In now thinking about GW alone or GW plus S4 and an AI.

But the cycle looks good. Never taken S4 but read some reviews and you right ppl say it helps melt the fat.

As im after a longer cycle would some sort of sarm stack be better. With maybe a prohormone thrown in towards the end of the 12 weeks... Remember im not looking for size gain rather muscle retention while dieting
It's all sounding a bit negative. So unless I up the dose and spend probably at least triple it's useless at which point in better running epi instead as I assume shutdown would happen at the higher dosage and running for 12 weeks at a higher dosage probably ain't recommended either.

The dosages you noted for the Spartan are 1 dose... One bottle would give you 2 doses for 30 days. So I take per day would be;
Spartan Lean V2
Epiandro 300mg
7-Keto DHEA 300mg
T2 200mcg
Which meets the recommendation for epi and 7 keto but not t2. Can I ask where you found your recommendation...
A bit of advice needed....
I posted a while back that I would try pros again and was thinking either epi or halo. I'm now thinking about taking a different approach kinda.... Either a SARM stack or Spartan Lean v2.... I would do osta and gw while the Spartan is epiandro, t2 and 7keto mix...

I seem to be sore from sessions in the week; don't know if I'm pushing harder because I'm taking something, the higher reps or the compounds themselves. Besides that nothing to report.

Hectic Saturday, managed to fit in a gym session. Shoulders only though, ran out of time. Was good, didn't have time for cardio pretty gutted at this session. Would of liked to of done much more but time didnt permit.

Training was chest, back and biceps. The guy I train with has a bit of a shoulder injury so we decided to switch to high reps today instead of waiting until Monday. Obviously I expect a pump doing high reps but it was insane, borderline...
Just curious I'm running EPG Ostalean 120caps 12.5mg and Platinum Nutraceuticals SARM-GW: PPAR-B 60caps 10mg.... Has anyone ran any of these brands before? If so what are your thoughts?

Diet was same except for small pizza in place of last meal. Calories around 2k.
Was in a rush in the morning and forgot to take caps so had to wait until 5:30pm before taking them. I have got to say I'm pretty sure the later dosage affected my sleep, I sleep until early morning...
Cool, we started pretty much the same time. Do you have any other experiences with SARMs or other GW product? This is my first step into it all...
