Cutting with GW

So after a previous thread where I talked about cutting with 11-oxo... I got some negative feed back and In now thinking about GW alone or GW plus S4 and an AI.

My goals for the cut is to lose fat while preserving muscle while taking as little amount of chemicals in the process.

I aim to lift upper/lower split plus cardio 2-3 hours per week (mostly cycling and sprints) while eating a 1000 calories below maintenance. (High protein and fat low carb) with a refeed day (because im human) every 14 days.

With the goal being preserving muscle would GW 20mg ed and arimstane 50mg ed suffice for 12 weeks or would I see muscle loss. Obviously I know adding in S4 would be hugely beneficial but like stated before I want to do it on as little chems as possible and save other things for a bulk later on and while I state 12 weeks... I don't care how long the cut takes (to extent), just 12 weeks is roughly 2 bottles. Are there any other supplements out there ppl would recommend... Non hormonal to aid fat loss and/or muscle retention without any suppression - hence while I prefer GW alone without s4.

While I don't care how long the cut takes the 1000 calorie deficit is as low as im happy to go and feel comfortable at. At the same time I know only having a 500 deficit and cut over a longer time may be optimal...

I've ran s4 before running at maintenence calories. It got me dry, hard, and shredded. I didn't do any cardio but lifted heavy and had a massive recomp. I'm in pct from a big sarm cycle. Over 2 weeks in now and I'm gonna try in gw today to keep the fat off. I'll let you know how it goes within the next few weeks. Imo I wouldn't go so aggressive on the cut. Sarms are not like steroids, (never done actual roids just sarms and a few PHs). They seem to be much milder from what I've heard in terms of gains, they do help but with eating 1,000 caloires under your TDEE you'll prob lose muscle and strength. just cut slow and steady since you plan to go for 3 months, if you eat around 200-300 calories below TDEE I'm sure you will be able to gain muscle and lose fat at the same time. With that being said though I don't know what bodyfat you are at right now so I'm not really sure what to say
 
Personally I find the fat loss effect of GW overstated. However it does help one keep pushing which in turn would aid fat loss - but I don’t think you’ll get anything anti catabolic from it so at 1,000 below maintenance you’ll lose muscle mass (at 1,000 Cals below you’ll lose muscle mass on anything aside from aas).

Imo clen is the best option for muscle retention in a cut but that’s not something I’d ‘reccomend’

How did you run your S4 bro? Were the results really that great?

You will lose mass on a 1000 calorie deficit with no anabolics. I would definitely use ostarine, s4 or rad-140 to preserve muscle with that deficit.
