Cutting time...11-oxo

So I've decided to cut (long overdue)... And I want to try 11-oxo as I don't want to risk losing any hard earned muscle.

I've seen you can run it for 12 weeks at 300mg and wondering if people have any experience doing this.
What stacks well (non prohormone).
What sort of PCT is really required.
And how well is it at holding onto muscle in calorie deficit at this dosage.

Basically im not looking for something to burn away the fat, more something to hold onto the muscle while I lower calories and blast the cardio.

My stats

33 years old
20% bf (roughly)
5'4
200lbs

In past years I have done an odd cycle here and there.
 
At 300mg, I don’t think much more than an OTC pct would be required. Once you start venturing into 500-700mg that’s when I’d say the conversion to 11-KetoTest becomes prominent enough to warrant a real pct protocol
 
Be prepared to spend an arm and a leg for mediocre results. Too expensive to run for that long and at the proper dose, IMO. Try Epistane.
 
Cut with something way stronger or run it closer to 1000 if you don’t want to lose hard earned muscle..

This is why I never run 11-oxo (although I definitely do want to) even when it’s on clearance somewhere.
 
It's all sounding a bit negative. So unless I up the dose and spend probably at least triple it's useless at which point in better running epi instead as I assume shutdown would happen at the higher dosage and running for 12 weeks at a higher dosage probably ain't recommended either.

While epi is pretty awesome im not looking to gain any muscle on this cycle (though always welcome) I just want something that can help retain muscle and stop me losing it. The longer cycle is the preferred route which is also why epi doesn't fit the bill. Though can epi be taken at a low dose for muscle retention over a long period?

Is there anything out there that fits the bill? Longer cycle 10 weeks plus, not bothered about size gains just most importantly muscle retention. The diet I intend to do is 'The Get Shredded Diet' with alot of cardio.
 
As im after a longer cycle would some sort of sarm stack be better. With maybe a prohormone thrown in towards the end of the 12 weeks... Remember im not looking for size gain rather muscle retention while dieting

Yes. I have not ran it, but literally everyone says S4 is fantastic for these purposes.
So:
S4/S4/S4/S4/S4/S4/0/0/0/0/0/0
0/0/0/0/0/0/epi/epi/epi/epi/epi/epi
11oxo throughout at low dose.

You really want to murder some bf, add just a little T3. Sources for all of these drugs are just a pm away.

This would be a fantastic cutting stack and unfortunately for you, you may even put a little muscle on too.
 
I always feel a bit funny messing with the thyroid...

But the cycle looks good. Never taken S4 but read some reviews and you right ppl say it helps melt the fat.

Was thinking would a S4, Osta and lean extreme be a good idea (swapping out the 11-oxo due to because I think reading now at the low dose it will only really affect coitisol levels which can be achieved by lean extreme).

But in regards to dosage I have no idea. I was thinking Osta and S4 25mg every day of each... Could maybe push S4 up to 50mg but I read it can affect vision and some some do 5/2 protocol would pushing 50mg have any effect on fat? Lean extreme whatever it says on the bottle.

But 12 weeks of the above be be a good idea? Then pct, time off then run a prohormone stack.
