    Rock on!! Tell you son I said good luck and keep lifting heavy. I haven't taken any type of PH since last year. I picked up this training from a buddy and fell in love with it. The hardest things is doing the first week at the percentages it says do.

    I have SD that I bought before the ban I am debating on running first. I might just run the Versa-1, Anabeta, Compound 20, Test Powder, and Erase I was going to use for PCT by themselves. After reading all this info on Versa-1 I am pretty stoked about trying it.

    That's hilarious!! I would like to gain as close to 10 pounds as possible and lose a few BF% as well. I will be able to eat all I want and as clean as I want. Do you think this is an attainable goal? I am really looking forward to the "on" feeling!
