Take a look at the Walkingpad R1 Pro! It is heavier than their advertising makes out, but it folds in half and doesn’t take up much space at all!

I've upgraded my desk to a height adjustable one and got a walking pad that goes up to a goo jogging pace so I can progress...walk as much as I can whilst working is the main aim (y)

@dsade, has anyone else reported extremely cold hands and/or feet after a dose of DCP? I seem to get this within minutes of dosing 🤷🏻‍♂️ My first day back using I actually felt like I had flu, hot forehead but freezing and shivery [emoji53] Anything I can do, take with you subside these effects?

I have to split my Brite dose to 1-2-1 to not be overly effected by all its sides! Bmp I’ll take at 1&1 for next couple of days an maybe drop it from Monday to see how I am.

Ever had bloated-ness & gas from it?! I’m trying to work out if it’s BMP causing this! It’s the only logical thing at the moment as I’ve been taking DCP/Brite almost a month without bother!
