    I'm on day 13 ... I doubt you're going to loose hair! Yea, I get headaches with H-drol too, especially if I hold my breath. :) Key for me is to watch my breathing!

    Yea, it also helps cortisol control in high amounts. Don't forget the Zink, helps boost test, and keep estro in check (probably not significantly, but it won't hurt just like vit. C).
