I don't do behind the neck presses because of my shoudlers, I just don't like my neck in a forward position. Same reason why I don't do behind the neck lat pull downs. But dumbbells I have no issue doing at the neck or a little behind.
I'm beginning to doubt most articles that AM puts out. I know of at least 2 people who take 2000 DHA/EPA daily and their cholesterol dropped. No change to the diet or lifestyle. Their doctors were shocked.
Do either of you make any kind of noise on the way up? Because if you do, then that's considered exhaling. because as you make noise (grunt, yell, etc...) air comes out.
You do partially hold your breath, but exhale once you've past the hard point. For deadlifts, its usually once the bar passes the knees. But all the passing out vids ive seen when deadlifting, they hold their breath the entire time.
To be honest, canned chicken breast goes down a lot smoother. Tuna always scratches the throat on the way down. Make sure you rinse the meat good, if not it will be loaded in sodium.

Only issue is that some of them have moisture in them so its not a powder in the capsule, but a gooey thing like damp sand. But it still works so oh well.
I was bummed because I ordered 3 tubs a while ago on the fire sale and now am running out. But Nutraplanet is still $4.99 a tub. So I got 6 more. Only crappy part is that they probably expire in May 2015. Should still be good for a few more months though.
I use the seated ab machine all the time. Its hard to target the mid abs and this one does it perfectly. But that being said, I don't do it to "get abs", that comes with diet and low bf%. I do it to strengthen my core so my squats and dead lifts stay strong and safe.
But I also do leg raises...
The Newbie Steroid User. I know tons of these guys in the gym. They scream during each rep...scream, not grunt when the weight gets heavy toward the end. Its like they want you to look at the light weight they're doing. Some of them I tell, that my gf does more than them and she doesn't need...
