    I personally like HALF of a subway meatball sub two hours before I jump on stage. Makes it really easy to get a pump. My only advise would be not to mess with your salt levels. Keep them up and don't mess with it. Otherwise your ability to get a pump or any vascularity will be minimised.

    I like to follow a principle ben pakulski lives by. In a nutshell he states that when you are above 12%, most people will put on more fat than muscle while bulking. His advice is once you are passed 12%, cut to 8% and bulk at 1000 excess calories per day untill you don't gain weight for 4 days...

    Just use platinum labs defcon 1. Everything that is legal here disappoints me in comparison. During comp prep I used to mix it with bulk nutrients no3x (adding hordine and amp citrate) and acetyl carnatine. It made the best pre trainer i have ever taken - it was ridiculous!

    Don't over complicate it to much. Do legs twice per week and other body parts once. I wouldn't go over about 12 sets in each of your leg sessions or you will not recover. The extra frequency should help your legs grow.
