I'm doing PT for my right IT BAND and wondering if anyone has had issues with it. They are doing dry needling on it to help. I am still working out but sometimes the pain is so bad and part of my leg goes numb. Just wondering what you did for it and if you changed your workout any?
I have so many questions. I had a complete hysterectomy but I am still active. I play roller derby and I have started weight training. I need to lose weight but I don't want to lose my strength if anything I want to gain strength any advice?
I'm doing a cycle of these I know you can't get them anymore but I was wondering if anyone else has done a cycle and can give me a heads up. This is my first time using anything so I don't really know what to expect? Thanks B
