    I'm currently doing the singles portion of 4x1 to 10x1. My question for when it's time to switch to the triples is the progression 4x3 1x1, 4x3 1x2, 5x3 etc. or is it 4x3, 5x3, 6x3 etc? Any help is greatly appreciated along with any personal experience with the program. Thanks in advance
