Quick question when people say that a product gives you tunnel vision, do they mean that it gives you great focus or that it literally gives you tunnel vision. Only asking cuz i thought tunnel vision was a bad thing

Im taking the Beast Creature Creatine powder form. I love it, its great. I just have two questions and cant find them anywhere.
1. Do i have to cycle beast i saw like 50/50 say yes and no so I'm still unsure.
