well others do it and why not. lets have a another opinion of what im doing for my workout. i had some ideas i wanted to follow when setting this up.
1)do squats, pullups and a pushing movement every day
2)add more volume - small jumps when warming up & high rep sets for accessory/weak link work...
so recently i decided to branch out into other subforums on AM. mainly the nutrition and supplement ones. and NOW i understand why they have this exercise science section, lol. wow. thank god for this sub forum. i think im just going to pretend that part of my life never existed and stick around...
