    Alphamax destroyed my toilet. F-95 did the same. Tried all kinds of dosing changes, with meals etc, all to no relief. The symptoms never improved in 30 days. Some of us just can't take Forskolin.

    Of course I tried dosing with a meal. I even divided the dose over the course of the day. It literally did not let up until I ceased it. You'll find I'm not alone in this response to Alphamax.

    I tried to run 2 bottles back to back, but had only just started the second bottle when I had to stop. I am sensitive to forskolin apparently and I was pooing fizzy gravy for a month solid. Everything sorted out once I stopped. It's a shame cos the profile is great.

    NP lists it as 200mg at 20% and the Biotivia website has it as 200mg at 10%. I am guessing the Biotivia website has it right. Just wondering if anyone could confirm. Also, does anyone know the forskolin content of the original Bioforge V1? It gave me good results, but GI upset.
