Are calories important or are enough protein & carbs enough to grow?
I set limit for carbs, and make sure I am getting enough healthy fat. For me, carbs above about 35 or 40 grams just throws everything off.- Beau

Honestly, as long as the smell isn't atrocious, provided that it works as advertised, it will sell.
