I don't think it matters that much. I wouldn't recommend drinking it before bed because it does contain caffeine (Not that much though honestly). The whole cold/hot water to burn calories difference is negligible. Drink it whichever way taste better to you.
As everybody else said, carbs don't make you fat after a certain amount of time.
As for the insulin spike caused by carbs and the inhibition of GH.. somebody elaborate on this for me please.

Most table salts are iodized, are they not? If you actually compare sea salt to table salt (which come from salt mines and are refined), there are some 'extra' minerals in sea salt, but it really isn't much healthier . It's the sodium content that's too high in the average North American population.
I'm not understanding you clearly here, are you asking whether or not there was more or less CVD? Because if you are, how can you "screw cholesterol levels"?
People mentioned the "find the drive, etcetc", but besides that, I want to suggest changing diets slowly and taking a fat burner. Once the effects of that start kicking in and you see change, it might help push you do more?

Ordered my LX today, and planning to stack with EC (2x a day, since I sometimes have trouble sleeping), was just wondering/clarifying dosage timings. Would it be best that I take my first 2 doses of the day of LX at the same time as my EC? or should I be spreading them out?
