Most table salts are iodized, are they not? If you actually compare sea salt to table salt (which come from salt mines and are refined), there are some 'extra' minerals in sea salt, but it really isn't much healthier . It's the sodium content that's too high in the average North American population.
Yeah iodine is just one example of the many minerals. Any time humans have to add back
to or enrich a product it's always less superior than the natural version.Yes sea salt is usually the same exact thing as mined salt, it just comes from the sea and then Is refined. If you research the salts I listed they are different than your average "sea salt."
