Would you ever be able to date someone who never "cheated" on their diet?
We all know in this sport it is filled with people like this. People who refuse to ever cheat on their diets, no matter if they compete or not. They just really look down upon foods that are not considered clean. Some...
Exactly. Say a person goes to the gym early in the morning such as like 6 am. They eat well all day long and since its a Saturday they decide to go out to socialize in the city at a friends pool. So they go out and have about 4 drinks total over the course of the day, just some good vodka with a...
Bottom line... gains being damaged by alcohol consumption are blown way out of proportion. You have to abuse alcohol for days to see any serious damage done to protein synthesis. A couple vodkas or beers are not going to do ****!! Especially if you eat a good clean high protein meal before and...

Back when this video was filmed he claims in the offseason he would eat like this a couple times a week.
Thoughts and opinions please.

Discuss.
Thats amazing really to think about. Now we all know why they support the use of gear in pro bodybuilding? No one would be able to achieve the Olympian level conditioning if you think about it unless they used gear.
