    Lol thanks bro. Looks like viron has 10mg of active boron per cap. Which makes sense because if its as good as Brundel says, if it was only 3mg for 2 caps,it wouldn't have much effect. And 40mg for two caps seems overkill.

    It does say boron citrate. The label says 1 cap is 20mg though. And certain sites list viron as 10mg per cap. I just want to know so i can figure out if I want to take more or less of the citrate.

    I was basically looking to see some strength gains so I decided to give it a try. But once my libido crashed and started getting headaches i immediately stopped. I was thinking it possibly raised my estrogen to high. But i have to wait to get bloods.

    Im pretty convinced at this point the dhea definitely raised my estrogen then. I'm doubtful it crashed my test. And since dhea is known to raise estro it probably did that anyway.

    I was thinking that. I have to wait until January 1st to get my blood test done. I was scared to take something to bring my estrogen without knowing for sure and my me up more. I was think of trying some letrone very slowly.

    Lol it is awful. I was thinking of adding the natural serm rebirth to get levels up as well. Not sure how that will mix with the hcg. Just want to come off everything all together when levels come back.

    With my E2 being so low I don't think my doctor was concerned about it getting to high. It's actually a reason he wants me on the HCg to bring it up. The low E2 sides have been hard to deal with. I'm am on very low dose hcg. Thank you for your feedback. Anymore advice is appreciated.

    Thanks criticalbench. Based on my bloodwork do you think my total test can possibly still go up? Especially if my estrogen seems low that my body would produce my testosterone to balance it?
