well, that was easy. Already got an RX for Armour Thyroid. It'll be at least a month before I'll be doing a roid run and then pick up some T3, at which point I may already start to know if I need it any time soon after.
no I haven't but the melatonin particle is certainly more than small enough to be absorbed that way and would be absorbed rapidly. True, there would be a lingering presence on your skin hypothetically: maybe a smoother rebound, and maybe 4 hours instead of 3?
I will give it a try, but not until...
I may try to get a prescription, somehow, for NDT. Then maybe add on some T3 if that's not enough.
Still it would be great to see where people have had hearty discussions with personal experiences the way it is with AAS
There is a wakefulness rebound with melatonin at 2-4 hours. That might explain a lot!
I never take it at bedtime for this reason. I take mine when I wake up in the night but only if there's less than 3 or at most 4 hours to go. If not I wait it out. If I wake up 1 hour early, there's no hope for...
Thanks! Do you know of any places where they discuss this kind of information or include the experiences that lead to such conclusions?
It's so easy to find discussions of protocols and results and personal experiences with AAS, but my searching on thyroid usually lands me in women's forums...
I'm having trouble finding good info on self-dosing thyroid medication.
I have my reasons why, but it's not as easy to find good info on *how* as it is for steroids.
I'm not preparing for a contest, but I do want to self-medicate for 6 months with a slight lean toward cutting. I only have...
Wow that's fast!
I was waiting for the l-carnitine injection thing to take off but I couldn't tell if it was just proving to work out in the real world. Maybe it is? Does your impression of the talk and experiences seem to indicate that it's really working? Also if you can recommend sources and...
Why do you caution against Telismarten? It doesn't seem more drastic addition than berberine or metformin, although that's a really imprecise statement.
I could perhaps find the one supp that works, or do more to lower my hemocrit with a cpap, that's about all that's left (or switch to a mainly...
Just a thought since we're on the topic of insulin resistance: Telismarten
I'm taking Telismarten, a blood pressure drug, for its metabolic side effects, but also for BP.
I'm at around 140/75 on TRT. With 40mg Telismarten added I was in the 120's, and currently ramping up a blast and it's...
More smack talk about Berberine:

I did bring this up originally way back when. I wondered if the gear trumps the inhibition (which appears to be real both theoretically and clinically), and unfortunately no one in the scientific community cares what would be our first and most obvious question about this.
I don't know who started with the berberine, but since I, like you, feel like insulin resistance is kind of key here, am not at all uninterested in these questions now!
You know, I was wondering about that. On paper the two SR compounds seem great but have no oral bioavailability, I haven't found enough credible reports on the injectable. Also not as easy for me to establish a reliable source, not like steroids where you can figure out who to trust fairly...
Berberine and Metformin act the same in terms of the specific issue at hand. I believe there is only one human study of this issue for berberine, and numerous animals studies for berberine, while as you know it's plentiful for metformin.
Here's where I read the same interpretation of metformin...
Thanks I will look into these.
I'm also going to learn more about non-alcohlic fatty liver (I do have elevated lipids but I thought that was from the aborted LGD I did shortly before testing), and also generally look at what to do about inflammation.
(And going to get a new HMO next year)
I know! It's this thing they call Science!! It's so full of ****! What the **** dude bro. They even claim that science was the thing that created the steroids I'm taking. wtf?
